I was confused about a specific feature of the keyboard I was considering. I got prompt responses to all my questions and amazing customer service when I decided to buy. I’m now waiting my new keyboard. Thank you.

Wouldn’t recommend buying for this seller as they fail to respond to emails. Sent the goods which were not delivered. Asked for a refund as the receiver would no longer be at the address so they just reshipped the product again and totally ignored my 5 email requests. They won’t respond to my requests for a refund and have gone silent. Certainly not 100% customer satisfaction. Just don’t expect any customer service from them once they have your money. So I now have no product that cost me a lot of money and customs duty I wasn’t expecting to have to pay. The response received from the supplier 8 August is very misleading because there was no miscommunication because they replied to me with, Refund denied and return the goods”. All correspondence with them has been via their support email and it has just been appalling. Their response is a save face attempt. If they were genuine they would have emailed me instead of me having to contact them and wait until they decide to reply again.

I have a 1st gen 12.9 iPad Pro and ordered the keyboard case. I had a little issue in setting it up, I contacted customer support immediately was contacted by Angelo and he walked me through to fix the issue.The keyboard works great. Quality product made with heavy gauge aluminum love the lighted keyboard with multiple colors. Highly recommend if looking to upgrade your iPad.
