This was my first encounter with Gold&Cherry. Your Customer service is amazing! I messed up my order - had 2 things in my cart & started to order. When I went back later, I thought I hadn't completed my order so I ordered the case again, realized I hadn't included the stylus so did another order for that. Then realized I didn't get my discount, then realized OH MY GOODNESS - I did a duplicate order - what a mess! At 75 on limited income, I was struggling with thinking I would have a big fight to fix this. But one email to Customer Service and when I promptly received an email saying the duplicate order was canceled! What a relief! I will definitely use your company & refer you to all my friends! Thank you so much for your amazing Customer Service!

I purchased an IPad case and the one they sent didn’t match the description or the picture on the box. In the mean time my credit card was hacked and I was issued a new one. I returned the case and told them what was going on and they ignored any comments about my payment method and issued the refund. The phone number they have for customer service is SPAM and there is no way to talk to anyone.

I accidentally ordered the wrong color item and customer support was very helpful. I was able to return the product and reorder the correct color. Thank you!

I wanted a Apple Watch it showed 2 options pay in full and four payment plan I chose 4 payments but it took full payment agent was great he issued a refund “Awesome”

If I could leave a zero, I would. This company actually sent me a used iPad case. When I started the return process, they handed me off to a third-party… monkprotect. The first thing month protect did was offer to have me keep the damaged and used case for a 25% refund. When I declined that, they declined my return and told me they would not refund it, nor give me a replacement. Please… Do your due diligence before you do business with this company. It’s obvious that their number one goal is to make themselves and Gold & Cherry as much money as possible. It’s quite possible that you are next in line to receive a damaged, used item, and they will refuse to make it right.

I had the incorrect shipping address on my order and didn’t realize until after I placed my order that it was wrong. I contacted G & C support through email. I thought I won’t get a response until the following day or two. I was astonished to find an email response from Angelo only 1-1/2 hours later and on a Sunday too! He had corrected my shipping address and notified me as well! Thank you G & C Customer Supoort!!
