I purchased inexpensive keyboards two times for my iPad Pro, returned both. Determined to only make one more purchase I researched keyboards. I contacted Gold and Cherry and after several emails back and forth with customer service I am convinced this is the company I should purchase from. Their response to my questions were prompt and detailed even when I didn’t fully understand the information.

Update: I contacted Gold & Cherry as per their request in response to this review. “Angelo” sent the exact same email, word for word, offering another keyboard case for 50% off. I received a Gold & Cherry iPad keyboard case for Christmas. I charged it normally out of the box. I discovered two days later that the battery does not hold its charge. It claims to hold its charge for 180 days on the box. The warranty is absolutely useless. The only resolution “Angelo” offered to sell me another case for 50% off (approximately another $125 CDN), which also will come with no warranty. I asked how I could replace the battery, that inquiry was ignored. I asked about returning the product all together. That can’t happen because there is only a 14 or 30 day (depending where you look or who you ask) return period and if you open the box, it immediately becomes ineligible for return. This vendor has no accommodation for things which may be holiday gifts. “Our return or replacement policy is applicable for 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the box remains unopened”. They have since stopped returning my emails and I’m stuck with a product which has a defective battery. I can tell this isn’t a one time issue, as TrustPilot and the BBB have so many posts complaining about the warranty and support.

This company is not legitimate. They did not ship my package, provided tracking information but post office never received the package. When I tried to call their office number, no one ever answered. I tried messaging them on Instagram, they responded they would check into it but said package is delayed. They have now blocked me from commenting to warn other customers on their website.

The original product I received (iPad wireless keyboard) was only working when plugged in. After emailing support, they helped me troubleshoot to see if that would fix the issue. When the troubleshoots were not working, they sent me a replacement at no charge. Throughout the whole experience Angelo was very helpful.

I have to say! This has to be one of the very very best companies I've ever worked with. I love my iPad case!!!! Gold and Cherry gets 10 Stars from this brilliant product to outstanding customer service. I am so impressed with this company, I would recommend highly!!!! They will make sure you are completely delighted with your purchase. I sure am!!! Thank You Gold and Cherry!!!

BEWARE - Limited One Year Warranty is VERY limited. Angelo from the company responds "Our return or replacement policy is valid 30 days from date of delivery." 6 weeks after purchase case cracked in one corner - Angelo replied the above comment to my complaint. 8 months after purchase of keyboard keys start printing double letters... once again Angelo replies the "Our return or replacement policy is valid 30 days from date of delivery." This product is definitely Buyer Beware as their customer limited one year warranty is not honoured in any way or for any issues. Angelo offered to send me a new battery for keyboard on a January 9 email and then refused to do so. Please DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. The answer they provide is just a standard reply as they have not reached out to me to fix this issue-again they do not resolve issues after they see your $$$
