Do not order from this company. I returned the product and they only refunded me $10 vs. the $169. that I paid after they said they would refund the full amount. Horrible

Been over 2 months since I ordered my key board and have not received it yet. Have reached out a few times and absolutely no response to my inquires. Very disappointed with the lack of response. Judy Shaffer

I ordered the wrong thing. I have sent many emails and no answer. I wanted to return it and get my money back. Terrible company. I will report to BBB If don’t get a response for my last email today!! Very disappointed.!!!

I ordered a Lightening Data Hub for my IPad in December of 2024. The Lighting Hub never arrived and I’ve emailed Gold & Cherry for a refund for that product they yet to respond.

I purchased some items my wife wanted for Christmas. I odder three items in November and I inquired many times about when my order will ship. I was told that "they have my order and are actively pulling my order and I would get a notification when it ships. Christmas is next week and I still don't have what I ordered. I asked for a refund and now they will not respond to me. Never oder anything from this company

This company is fraud. I purchased keyboard for iPad and it is definatley poorly made but to top it off they sent me a "used case". They won't return emails, messages on social media nor answer the phone. Stay away. I'm out $230.

Customer service is horrible. I placed an order back on 12/09/24 and it still hasn''t shipped This order is a christmas surprise, looks like it's not going to be here by then. Thanks Guys your company is more like the Grinch!!
