The bike is awesome and very fun. When it arrived assembled, the rear bolt that holds on the gas tank was in the bottom of the box threads had been stripped. The titan motor also developed an oil leak after about 5, 20min rides. The leak seems to be coming from the red gasket maker used to seal the case. Still trying to decide how to fix that. It’s not a fast leak just enough to annoy.

Hello Robert, Often times the shipping crate is turned sideways or upside down during transit causing a little oil to leak out. Oil can take quite a while to burn off and you may see some white smoke. Sometimes this can seem like an oil leak, oil will drip from the lowest point on the engine. Just in case, check that your case bolts are tight.

The go-cart runs great. It came assembled as stated BUT we literally felt like we were jumping through hoops just to purchase the machine. Go kart was supposed to be shipped in a wooden crate but came in metal frame on a standard pallet tipped to one side with some bolts missing out of frame. Once all bubble wrap was removed we noticed both seats had been damaged during shipping. One of the parts(roll cage) which was sharp and in bubble wrap laying in between seats took a chunk out of the driver seat back and did surface damage to passenger seat back (we DID NOT contact go karts USA about the damage, we figured it would be more "hoops to jump through" Overall it is a pretty decent machine, so far in about 10 hrs of use we have had no issues.

Hi Brian, Your credit card charge was initially declined, but then we worked together and got the payment approved. We are usually able to do that via Text message which should make the process a little easier. also, Vehicles are shipped in metal crates, not wood. Glad you like the GoKart, you got a great model! If you had any damage, just complete a Help Request...no hoops!

The whole project is wonky. The handle bars/forks are warped. The sprocket/drum is out around and not true, and the center hole wasn’t big enough to fit around the wheel hub, which kept the sprocket from sitting flush. I get it’s just a mini bike project, but for the price I expected better.

Sorry to hear... that Mini Bike kit has been sold since 1961. It's a great Father and Son project. If any parts have an issue, just complete a Help Request to get a replacement. If your looking for a better minibike, stick with the American Racer 215. Heavy duty brake, sprocket, frame, Adult size
