I ordered a TrailMaster 200E XRS online. Checkout accepted my credit card and I received a confirmation email. Then the order was cancelled because it exceeded a $3,000 credit-card limit that was never disclosed at purchase. Most of their karts cost more than that. The cap is a trap. They then demanded a wire transfer in a suspicious email that opened with “Hello {first name}.” Nobody responded to those emails. The automated phone system is worthless. An email claimed they have live chat. They do not. It took several calls just to verify the wiring instructions. I sent the wire and received a shipping confirmation. Then another email arrived saying the order was cancelled and I had to start over. Same runaround: no one available, no explanation, and no assurance I would not be charged twice. Hidden limits, cancelled orders after payment, a sloppy wire request after the fact, and customer service that disappears when you need it. This process is unnecessarily ridiculous. I am going through it once. I will not do it again, and I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Ordering on line can be cumbersome. You have to pay attention to details because they will leave things out you assume are in. Customer service is horrible. The ladies are nice when you finally getting to a human being however getting there is extremely difficult.

They advertise free shipping both on their website and within the product description for specific go karts and then charge $299 for shipping at checkout. When I called to ask why, they said the go kart was already discounted so they have to charge shipping.

Purchased a gokart used and went to gokartsusa website to find replacement parts. Sent an e-mail with photos of the parts that I needed and didn't receive a response. Called the phone number and the agent informed me they couldn't assist making sure I was getting the right parts since I didn't purchase the gokart from them. She mentioned I could download the manual that has a blow up with part numbers and then just use their website to order the parts. It appears all these drop ship companies only care about collecting money for parts and not actually establishing a customer relationship for future purchases. I would not recommend this company to anyone that needs assistance. If you are tech savvy, then just use their website. If you want the assistance of a sales person, this is not the business to use unless you purchased the gokart from this company.

Things were good while my warranty was still good but as soon as my warranty was done they will not reach back out to you they will ghost u pretty much not very good customer service I most likely won’t buy from em again bc of the poor customer service

Ordering was easy, but offered no ship date and nearly impossible to get in contact with a live person so your cant ask any questions or make adjustmentsto your order. I did receive my go-kart in perfect condition within a few weeks and has been running strong for a year now.

Oderered online in February 2025 they took my Down payment online line and the financing for the remainder of my puchase didn't go as described. I chatted with this Company and Text them. They do not follow up on orders, DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

These people are not the ones you want to do business with. They aren't truthful. Called about missing parts on my order and despite my order stating that everything was being shipped together they lied. The engine all of the sudden is sent separately. I asked how long it would take and they stated that because it isn't acceptable to me they would cancel my engine order. I never said anything about it being un acceptable. All I stated was that it was misleading based on the email. They do not care about customer service. I never disrespected them at any moment. They actually stated that I never purchased the order for engine. I clearly have an Email stating otherwise and a credit card statement that shows it was. They made a mistake and the customer gets to pay for it. Unethical way to do business. By the way this is my order G20258135
