Things were good while my warranty was still good but as soon as my warranty was done they will not reach back out to you they will ghost u pretty much not very good customer service I most likely won’t buy from em again bc of the poor customer service

Ordering was easy, but offered no ship date and nearly impossible to get in contact with a live person so your cant ask any questions or make adjustmentsto your order. I did receive my go-kart in perfect condition within a few weeks and has been running strong for a year now.

Accepted the crate even though the crate frame had been damaged by a forklift during shipping. Reported the damage to both the shipper & Go Karts USA. Was surprised to find that the Mini Bike was made in CHINA! Opened the bent crate and assembled the bike. Found no actual damage to the mini bike itself! Filled the gas tank & road it around my neighborhood with total satisfaction! Thanks glad I didn't refuse receipt due to shipping damage! (btw took the bent steel crate framing & made a shelf out of it over my work bench)

Hello Wesley, Yes indeed, the Dog is made in China. But we have several MADE-IN-USA Minibikes American Racer Frijole Little BadAss 357 Magnum and more... But the Monster Dog is pretty good, and made to our specifications. We hope you are liking it Thanks for your review

My purchase arrived on time and complete. When assembling the go kart I noticed one side of the roll cage would not seat properly and it was because the weld was of poor quality and went spilled in to the area where it would sit. I then looked at the rest of the kart and noticed alot of welds were of poor quality, I hope the kart lasts. After fully assembled I went to start the kart and had some trouble and after trouble shooting the matter found out the fuel filter was clogged, I was able to clear it and the kart now works fine. I question the longevity of the kart but I feel like it's a get what you pay for situation.

Hello Dustin, You usually need to ream the roll cage holes to get the bolts in. A GoKart can last many years, provided you perform the needed maintenance. Initial assembly and 1 hour service is essential. Always use Fuel Stabilizer to avoid replacing your carburetor. Use a Battery Tender to avoid replacing batteries. Check the tightness of nuts and bolts each time you ride and use a thread locker. Change the oil, lube your chain, and follow the maintenance schedule in the manual Have fun, and thanks for your review
