Pre-sales the support was great after I made an order I thought the sales team was antagonistic to the problems that I was dealing with. Shipment was slow the product arrived in dubious condition and I felt blamed for calling out the dubious condition of the shipment. One of the foot pegs on my trailmaster mini bike was damaged as well and I can’t be bothered to deal with Customer Service to get it repaired because I know they will be obnoxious. Even submitting a help ticket has a nasty vibe. You need to improve your experience. I will not do business with you guys again.

Fair price, fast and easy service and prompt delivery

Overall the Go Cart is awesome! Relatively easy to assemble. The order process was short, sweet and to the point. I actually received my order a couple days ahead of time even though it was shipped completely across the country. As far the cart goes, I bought it for my daughter for her birthday. Very easy to govern and easy start. She loves it, Thanks GoKarts USA!

When I got the quad the box was torn and when i took the box of there was a scratch on the rear of the quad with blue paint gone it has a dent on the gas tank and on the black there were scratches. I ordered it on the 14th of may and didnt get it until the 30th

I have been a customer of gokarts USA for at least 6 years now and have bought several gokarts and mini bikes from them they are always very helpful when I had questions and they go out of there way to help if you have any issues with damage upon arrival from shipping I would recommend them to anyone and I will do business with them in the near future.

Pic shows rims are black, got chrome instead, would have liked black, said free gift but i never got a free gift as well,tires didnt match picture either, but i got mine all together doing 45 mph in dark forest green, nice bike, gets lots of attention wen im out riding

ordered parts. they said they shipped on 5/5/2019. still have not received them. now they say they cant track them until they hear from the warehouse. that has been 3 days, still no news. last time to order from this place.
