I want to talk to a person. I got my order 1 of 3 items came no packing slip. Have to text again. Then the hardware kit showed 4 bolts & nuts for$12.00 that when I should have been talking to a person not texting they could have told me it's only bolts. What a waste now the remote show's up. Never again and would not recommend . It takes to long to text. I spent over 2:30 to get this order done. Should have been a 10 minute call at the most

James, we see that you are our good customer and have ordered from us many times. We truly hope that this frustration does not change that! Thanks, Nick

I was a little skeptical about buying a Chinese motorcycle and having it shipped in a crate all the way across the country without first seeing one up close. After having it delivered I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from GoKarts USA again. It took about two weeks from order to delivery. Not a bad amount of time considering the size weight and distance (CA to NY). Tracking was available through a freight forwarder which showed when it got to the distribution warehouse. Another company then called to schedule the delivery day, all went smooth. As for the motorcycle I ordered, everything was in great condition. I assembled it and started using it right away. It looks and works great with just over an hour of use so far. Overall a great transaction and highly recommended.
