So far so good as soon as I placed the order I received emails instantly have not received the product yet will re-post when it arrives so far very happy

We received our go kart for our kids on April 24, 2019...A month later on May 24, 2019 it was no longer working. We think the fuel tank is the issue but go kart USA has not been any help and with a 1300.00 spent on a go kart, it should still be working or the very least...the company should help better resolve the issue. We were trying to give the benefit of the doubt before reviewing. At one point, tech support said these kind of things happen. It’s sad my kids only got to enjoy their go kart for a month and no help whatsoever from the company. Maybe $1300 isn’t that much to this company but it is a lot to us!

Nice user experience on website using laptop but not too mobile friendly. Please consider that as honest and constructive advice but still an overall 5 star experience! I appreciated the drop down options for the newbie here. I’ve been researching for a decent kit to make with my daughter for days - and I swear one needs an engineering degree to figure out what’s included and what’s not. Your site was the both the simplest and most informative and that’s why I bought your kit. Thanks for not making what should be a fun hobby above everyone’s head.

Manufacturer misrepresented pit bike as semi automatic , GoCartUSA offered a start up kit as a result but I refused . Contact with them was always replied within a few hours . Everything with GoCartUSA was great , from sell to shipping to questions answered .

I used their contact us now option. Sent a clear picture of what I was working with. Sent me a throttle cable and pedal rod that I have no idea how it works. $25 for the part and $25 for shipping and still took a week to receive ????? Overpriced. Could have gotten the same package/parts for 1/2 the price on ebay. No directions on how the parts install. I understand this is a universal fit part but some kind of directions should have been included. Not impressed.
