Your responses is a complete fabrication. I am still waiting for a cancelation. My card was not declined and I have emails from you generating multiple reasons for all of the billing issues.Your site is a disaster and your staff are incompetent if this new response is what you are sticking with. I placed an order for a $5000 product that for some reason you don't want to sell via a normal path. By the way thanks for the continued BS from trying to place the order. A simple apology might have prevented me from generating another review of your service.

When I received my order there was a part missing. So I called the customer service and told them I was missing a part I was then told I had to fill out a help request on the website to receive my part. Even though we were on the phone she said I still had to fill out the help request. I tried asking a question because I could not hear her very well and she just hung up on me. Ok. So I filled out the help request stating that I was missing a part for my shipment. I receive an email a little bit later on, stating they received my help request form but I need to fill out a file your claim form with more necessary information for them to process it. Well lo and behold it's the same damn form so I filled it out again. After I fill out the file a claim form I get another email a little while after, it says the same thing as the first 1 I need to file a claim so they can process it. Well I didn't fill it out a third time and I'm still waiting to hear back from anybody. Thank you GoKartsUSA from here on out I will be doing my business with somebody that actually knows how to do business. Yes you did receive a help request from me because someone responded that they talked to the manufacturer and they are out of stock on those parts at the moment. I asked what do we do now and still have not received a response from anybody.

Very very cheaply made part. Cheap material, 2 piece sprocket was not cut symmetrically. Gear tooth spacing almost too tight. Gear teeth are sharply pointed. Priced too high for soft lightweight aluminum material it’s made of. I don’t expect this part to last very long. Shipping was even too expensive for it showing up in a small envelope after a week.

The salesman I spoke to was very helpful in finding the right parts and the parts were shipped quickly. I will definitely be buying from this company again if I need gokart/dunebuggy parts.
