Website does not match inventory. I called to confirm an item was in stock and gave them the model number and color of the item. I also told her the item was no longer in production and wouldn't be available for drop ship. I let her know I was specifically seeking current stock. The woman on the phone told me she would go check. When she returned to the phone she said they had the color I was looking for in stock. I tried to place the order with her and she said no phone orders and suggested I place the order online. I placed the order, and later that day was refunded my money due to item being discontinued. I called and they had no explanation for me other than they probably tried to order out of WPS catalog and it was no longer available from the manufacturer (which I already explained to the first sales person). They still have not changed their website inventory and it still shows the item available for purchase. I was very upfront with the salesperson and at no point made it confusing. This incident was easily avoidable.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful.

Prices are very reasonable, Parts quality is an A+. Parts were delivered in a reasonable amount if time.
