GoKarts USA®Reviews of gokartsusa.com

Great service, timely delivery and decent quality parts, but cost 3× more than I can get them from OMB Warehouse. The shipping cost was outrageous as well. Only way that I'd order again, is if I simply cannot find the much needed parts elsewhere. ThankYou. RLL Hazel Green, AL PS: What 2% ? What a joke.

Part was a few days late but did arrive and is as stated on the website.

Well we ordered a carb for a project. Everything looked great. Son was so excited. The supplied air filter is a quarter inch too big. I found there number and called them, was told to warranty anything I needed to fill out a help slip. I was like really I don't need a warranty I need the right part. I was told there was nothing I could do until I filled out a help slip. Fill out slip, now I am waiting on response. went to a local shop and bought the right filter. This is so sad. When you send the wrong part, customer service should be a little more professional with help. Slip has been filled out. Where is my help. Thanks for the great service.

I text them and someone actually text me back and answered all my question just shocking

Truly Awful - Bought a GoKart from GoKarts USA What a Mistake! It was trouble from day one. The Customer Service service is way over complicated. They request you submit a form that takes multiple steps to submit - only to be answered by multiple responses and confirmations. No Help with a question - No help with parts - No help at all. I tried to order new front tires and it took 1 dozen requests - With a quick google searsch, I found the part elsewhere for 1/2 the price and ordered it in a few clicks. When I used the Text Chat option I received a passive-aggressive response - "You're not following directions "- "Use the e-mail submission service". Way too complicated - Shop Elsewhere !

Bought a CR250/ BD-47-250. It’s a new and unique bike with a LOT of great features. It has a very nice digital gauge cluster the exact same as the Honda Groms and other models. Very high quality and nice. The headlight was easy to put together and fitment was completely perfect. Has very nice electronics, great wheels, and a counterbalanced 230cc engine. I haven’t tested top speed or anything but there are performance parts available and sprockets and things like that. So it’s a great little bike that you can definitely put to good use. With mods they go over 70. Great around town commuter. Gets up to 70 mpg too! I received mine in around 3 weeks. It took a little bit long but they were great at communicating what was going on. They are a very responsive and communicative business. That made me happy. Loving my purchase!

they suck big time
