This has been one of the worse experiences of my life i wouldn't order another item from this place if my life depended on it,

We ordered 3 days ago; our credit card charged and the order STILL has not been shipped, much less on it's way! Very disappointing!

If I could leave no stars I would. We purchased a go kart for our son for Christmas in November. When we received it the go kart was completely damaged and we refused shipment and contacted them right away about this. They told us we could just cancel the order or wait for a replacement- we initially asked for a replacement but we were getting no response on a new delivery date so we canceled the order so we could purchase it somewhere else in time for Christmas. To date they still do not want to give us our money back for something we don't even physically possess and they even had the gall to send us the title to it. Buyer beware!!!!! Will be pursuing this legally.

I ordered a part for my dune buggy that said it was available, within ten minutes my order was cancelled. Called the next day to find out the part there website said was available, in fact wasn’t available and I was told they needed to update there website. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again unless it’s something I can’t find ANYWHERE else!
