Fast shipping. Got exactly what I ordered

Absolute crap company. Spent a lot of money for one of their go-karts as a XMAS present only to have it damaged during transport to us. Have been fighting with hem since Oct, 2019 for warranty claim & all I get is back & forth stupid even though they stated it was covered under claim. Now their trying to re-start claim like they have no record of previous multiple emails, photos, etc saying someone who helped me a couple of the multiple times is not there any longer. Guess I'll have to sue. INCOMPETENT LOW MORAL COMPANY.... STAY AWAY FROM THEM OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!!!! SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS SOMEWHERE WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. THIS COMPANY GETS AN "F"

It was ok took awhile but got thru it

GoKarts USA made my purchase quick and easy .My family loves our go kart buggy . It was delivered in time for Christmas as we hoped .We had a slight problem which they handled quickly.Thanks for a great purchase

They take your order then two days later say they can't ship to your destination,not good enough!

Thank you Summer for all your help with in my purchase. Unfortunately I was hoping to receive it for Christmas and it did not come till after. It was ordered on 12/17 but didn’t receive it til till 12/30 because the shipping company messed up and it sat in a transfer warehouse before it was finally picked up. No fault of GoKartsUSA. My grandkids love it. It came well packed for shipping and have no damage

Reported to BBB! Purchased a gokart motor and then recurved email saying the price listed was wrong and wanted me to pay the difference. Listed price on site was $849 plus shipping. Was told the item is really $1179 plus shipping. Shared the email and info on forums and Facebook and turns out gokart USA has done the very same thing to others in the pass. Lost my business!
