I expected a new vehicle to start with but it was a 2018, 2 years old, this wasn’t disclosed in the description. When the go kart arrived some of the items were damaged and some parts were missing. When I called for these parts they said they would send them out, still haven’t received anything. They also promised some free items, I chose the helmet-goggle-glove combo, this never got sent to me. When I asked for it the guy told me that he wouldn’t send the goggles because the brand was discontinued. If they were promised, they should deliver, but they didn’t send me anything. I wish I would have went somewhere different with a company who honors their promises, delivers on time, and doesn’t sell a 2 year old item as new. My opinion: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Update to reply: Nice try to cover up, especially waiting til a national crisis. I spoke with the manufacturer and they said they manufacture that model every year so getting a 2018 model in 2020 is still something you should disclose. I also did not choose some discount and after giving this review on how dissatisfied I was with your company and it’s terrible customer service, you finally decided to make right by giving me the items you offered. If you read your other customers reviews you will plainly see that your company’s biggest issue is it’s terrible customer service. But instead of admitting that and going forward with fixing it, you continually try to deny it and make excuses. I’m not the only customer that has given you the review you deserve. I keep every email and every receipt I have ever gotten including screen shots of the time I spent ordering. I am not confused. I would be more than happy to provide this but this is an endless battle with a company that chooses to be difficult and fights its customers every step of the way.

Order fill was timely with good continuous updates of the current status.

The engine was well packaged and undamaged upon delivery. Engine fired right up on first pull and idled well with adjustment. My main complaint is the lack of detailed instructions that came with this engine. For instance, there are two oil fill holes, yet no mention as to why. This engine is being used for a go kart, yet the instructions provide no information on how the throttle mechanism works and what modifications are necessary. I had to figure it out myself. Secondly, there was no bolt/washer for the addition of a clutch nor any information on the bolt size. This engine is obviously used quite often for mini bike and go kart applications. Instructions on how to properly modify certain aspects for proper application would be very helpful. Time will tell if the engine stands the test of time.

Feel like I am getting the run around about the status of my order. They were quick to charge my card for the go kart and I'm still waiting for confirmation that the go kart is ready for shipment. I put the order in on Sunday and still nothing about it's shipment.
