I ordered a Go Kart today and once I realized the assembly process I quickly (within a couple of hours) asked to have the delivery address changed to my mechanics shop. I was told that it would be $150.00 charge. That is pretty ridiculous and if this is how poor customer service is this early in the process I'm really concerned about what is on store for the delivery, assembly ect. if there are problems. Not at all impressed!

Hello Leeann, Thanks for your review. Sorry to hear you are unhappy. That's the re-direct fee from the freight company. Changing a shipping address once an order is placed can be a problem. The shipping order is quickly processed, printed and attached to the shipment. Freight companies can charge redirect fee to change an address. Also. payments are approved based upon shipping address. Sorry, address changes are a bit of a no no We hope you have fun with your new Go Kart!
