GoKarts USA®Reviews of gokartsusa.com

I wish other stores were as helpful as these guys!!

Absolutely amazing service!! Extremely knowledgeable

I just found the receipt from the $2,000 go kart we ordered from GoKarts USA several years ago. The go kart engine did not work from the start. We spent hundreds of dollars on engine repair. After a year of this go kart somewhat working, the engine caught on fire with my son on the go kart. It was sold less than two years after we bought it for scrap. Total running hours were approximately 50-60. This review is a long time coming, however, after finding the receipt for this waste of money, I had to write it. Do NOT waste your money on anything from this company!!!

I received a broken battery charger, signed for it with fedex saying holes in box and tried to get a new one sent to me. They said time had expired even though I sent an email within 24 hours of receipt. Next they told me the order was from last year even though it was March 2020 that I placed the order for the scooter. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. It was included in the cost of the order of the electric scooter and shipped in the box with the electric scooter From go karts USA. It was not a separate order.

ordering / purchasing was easy but they need to update their website. I tried to purchase a bike on two separate occasions and was told they were no longer in stock after I had already purchased them. They had no delay on giving me a refund and were in contact with me immediately.

Building a kart , Gokarts USA is the the site to use.

Good help with tech support and getting what I need.

would have give 5 stars, except every time you click on the next button in the check out, you have to scroll down because of the HUGE GoKarts image and label that comes up. streamline the checkout process by removing the image so that the customer can just navigate from inputting their information, to shipping method, to the payment method and so on.
