STAY AWAY!
On 9/15/24, my grandmother took this cab from New York to Philadelphia. She gave the driver my credit and he charged $400. But after taking her card, the cab owner said her card didn't go through. Then she gave him a 2nd card and he charged the same amount but he said that one didn't go through as well. So he suggested that she give cash instead. He began to persistently pressure her to give him cash. She was reluctant but because she needed a ride, gave $400 in cash. She was shocked by the price, but felt like she had no choice. Later on, she checked her credit card bill and realized they she got charged twice. So she ended up paying $1200 total. She was scammed by this cab owner. We would not recommend this company at all. They are shady, dishonest, and look for people to take advantage of. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

If your mother used a Curb provided backseat credit card machine to pay for her ride, she can contact [email protected] to have our team look into this.
