Cab 2115 (Chicago) forced me to carry all four pieces of my baggage to my door, even after a $30 tip
My experience with cab 2115 (I think) was traumatic. He picked me up approximately around 5:00pm at the O’Hare taxi stand. We picked up my cat from boarding then went to the final destination, which was my place. The fare was $61.40. I tipped him $30 because we were stuck in traffic and he waited while I picked up my cat. But I had my cat carrier, a suitcase and two other bags and he refused to help me bring those items to my door. Even after a tip. I feel absolutely sickened and traumatized to be treated this way, for him to see me with all this baggage yet refuse to help, even after a tip. Am I not good enough to be helped because I am old, fat and ugly now? Am I not worthy of having some help carrying my things to the door when it's obvious I am struggling? Cab 2115 didn't deserve that $30 tip. I cried when I got home. I knew I had been intentionally treated like garbage because of my appearance, and emailed Curb. I have yet to hear from them. I want at least a formal apology and a refund of that tip.
