Good luck getting your products. I have emailed, wrote on tiktok and no reply, asking for a refund. It has been a month and I have no update on the 2 bras I bought, which I bought for vacation that I leave in two days for. The products were supposed to be here by May 24th, but they haven't even shipped, nothing. They say email their support team, but you won't hear back, I have sent 3 emails. Edit: Going on 7 weeks and still no products, tracking info or response. I have sent 4 emails, none of which have been responded to. I am not sure how they can respond on here, but refuse to respond to an email. I am guessing they are waiting to ship the items( however long that may take) so they don't have to give me a refund. The fine print says they will not give money back after the items ships, and there is no phone number to be able to contact them either.
