I bought from them 2 bra's on the first of may 2022. 3 weeks later i had not received a confirmation email or tracking number. I decide to email them, thats when i got an appolgy and a tracking that didn't work. I waited patiently untill i emailed again and told them that i am not happy i will let the world know about this. 13 of June i then received my bra's. Good stuff and i love them. Good quality i must say but i ordered a smaller size or their sizes are smaller. But you guys must improve on the customers service department.

Just requested again pants. Ordered in April. I hope they come?

I have been waiting for close to a month maybe longer to get my 2 bras delivered that I ordered. no tracking number, no contact information this is bogus and I have never been this bummed out over something I was so excited to receive in the mail....

I also ordered 2 bra still not received mailed them many times no reply on my mail do t know what is going on 😡

Ordered a bra in size 34G from the website. I did receive the product about two weeks later which is a relief. However, the product was NOT a G cup. Maybe a B or C cup at the most. The packaging only said 75/34 and didn't specify a cup size at all. I want to return the item for a full refund. When I reach out to support to initiate a return, I get no response. I have now reached out three times leaving 1-2 business days in between. The webiste boasts "hassle-free" returns which is not what my experience has been thus far. I would happily upgrade my rating if I experienced better customer service.

I ordered a pair of walking shoes on this website. They are very stiff with poor quality. I want my money back, but no one replied back.So disappointed and frustrated with their service.
