We understand why this can be concerning, but in most cases your medication is still safe to use. Your shipment does not need to arrive cold to the touch. Ice packs are included to help limit heat exposure during transit, but they may be melted by the time your package arrives. A melted or warm ice pack does not mean your medication has been compromised and is expected. Our partner pharmacies test their medications to ensure tolerance of normal shipping conditions, including exposure to elevated temperatures. Once received, please place your medication in the refrigerator and continue following your prescribed treatment plan. If your medication arrived damaged, leaking, discolored, visibly contaminated, or was exposed to extreme heat for an extended period, please contact our support team and include photos if possible.
