Hi! We wanted to take a moment to clarify how your medication is shipped. Our pharmacies include a complimentary ice pack to help keep it cool for as long as possible during transit. According to the dispensing pharmacy, your medication remains stable for several days, even at temperatures above 100°F, so the ice pack is an added precaution. While refrigeration is needed for long-term storage, receiving your medication warm or with a melted ice pack does not necessarily mean its effectiveness has been affected. Please refrigerate it once it arrives.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Please consult your patient portal for any information from your provider in regards to the dosage. Some pharmacies, depending on your dosage, will compound the medication at a different concentration. This means you may have to inject more or less medication, but will still be receiving the same effective dose.
