The first time was a easy transaction The second time was extremely hard. I figured since they have my profile that my second order for a trimester would go smooth, I was wrong. The “ Professionals” weren’t so professional, they first prescribed the initial order and wanted me to start at 9 unit with increments every other week, the second person, kept asking me what dosage I was taking, it took multiple people snd me questioning what was going on and sending a photo of my initial order for them to get it right. I thought I was talking to medical staff, but either not properly trained or not caring enough to verify prior to completing my second order. I’m not sure I’m going to reorder through gobymeds. My health is important and I need someone who is competent in regard to this.

Medication doesn’t work I gained 4lb while on tirzepatide. Bad product.,, no strengt its like water you will not lose weight they are a Rippoff Stay away. Fake medication.. 100%just saline. ****PLACEBO*** Don’t waste your money… you will Most Definitely Gain weight on their meds… it’s all Saline and just Water. Take my word. You don’t hear you stomach processing the medication.. Food Noises Stays…The pharmacy’s they use low ball people out of their money. HIPPA should close them down. Due to my adverse reaction to this medication.. my doctor and are requesting a reimbursement of my funds. Waiting for Goby meds to resolve my complaint. I have filed a HIPAA complaint and Better Business Bureau complaint.

Delivery was great this time. The package was in great shape and ice packs were still frozen in 100 degree temps. Spoke with my Dr. and everything moved along very quickly with the prescription. So it was much less stress in general.

I got the medicine to help with my weight loss and to help take care of my sleep apnea. The company has been very easy to work with and explain things very well. I am very happy with my decision.

I placed an order on August 22 and was charged immediately. The prescription was approved and then there was a delay. Customer service said they needed to adjust my prescription to when I was on the med before which is what I asked at the beginning. Then they said they needed to review it 2 days ago. I’ve written and left voicemails for them to call me back so we can move the process along. I have not heard back from anyone. I’ve had friends talk about how quickly they got their meds from other sites and now I wish I went with them instead.
