My experience with GobyMeds — 90 days with essentially no results I am posting this because I want other customers considering compounded GLP-1 medication to know about my experience. Before using GobyMeds, I had used a GLP-1 from another compounding pharmacy. During approximately four weeks with that medication, I experienced noticeable appetite suppression, a significant reduction in food noise, some nausea and diarrhea, and lost approximately 4 pounds. I then switched to GobyMeds because their pricing was considerably better. I paid approximately $600 for a 90-day supply. During those 90 days, I followed the prescribed dosing and eventually increased to a higher dose. The experience was completely different. I experienced essentially no appetite suppression, no reduction in food noise, and no meaningful weight loss during the entire 90-day period. Increasing the dose did not change this. I contacted GobyMeds because I was concerned that something might be wrong with the medication. My concern was not simply that I had lost any weight - I was experiencing essentially none of the effects I had previously experienced with a GLP-1. The response I received was essentially to be patient. I cannot say that the vials contained no active medication, because I have no way to independently verify that. However, after spending approximately $600 and using the medication for the full 90 days, I am extremely disappointed that I received none of the benefits I had previously experienced from a GLP-1. I would like GobyMeds to take this concern seriously and explain how they assure customers that compounded medication is properly prepared, accurately dosed, and meets appropriate quality standards. Based on my personal experience, I would not currently recommend GobyMeds to someone considering a compounded GLP-1. I feel like I wasted $600! A final insight: Goby Meds is a Marketing organizations that funnels leads to pharmacies. They have no direct oversight of the production of independent compound pharmacists.

Docs responded when it was time for refill. I attempted to use patient portal to send info prior to refill but it would not allow me to create a new message. This is problematic

I’ve been using the service for over a year now I switched from another service, the price has remained the same, and I also switched from semiglutide to trizepitide, and the transition was handled excellent, they are also very responsive to messages and the shipment is extremely fast.

I asked several questions and I got quick and helpful responses. The instructions were clear. I am just getting started on my journey so I don’t know about the effectiveness of the meds yet. But no side effects so far.
