New Goby Customer
I decided to switch to Goby after being a Brello customer for months. Well, Brello was no longer affecting me, I started to not trust their pharmacy and their customer service was awful. After signing up with Goby, I got approved almost immediately and my medication was shipped out so fast. I'm so relieved I have no food noise again & hoping for better results with Goby!

Good web ordering interface
Good web ordering interface. Could be better by sharing printer details, in reordering when traveling and I don't have access to the prior prescription card. Doctor communications also patchy and formulaic. Like they didn't bother to read my emails.

Everything was as described
Everything was as described. The most important thing for me is that I am getting 9mg Tirzepatide for much less than I paid for 7.5mg Tirzepatide from another source. GobyMeds is definitely my new source for GLP1.

The people I've worked with were great
The people I've worked with were great. Helpful. Easy. My complaint is that my first 3 months were cheaper and my 2nd round is $100 more and a completely different medication?

Sometimes there are additional and/or different pharmacy and additive options. We want to make sure; however, that your product is a good fit for you, so please let us know if not!
