My application was approved the next day and I recieved the meds in 4 days from ordering. Instuctions, syringes and alcohol pads all provided. I shared with my local doctors and they all approved me getting it , as my insurance wouldn't cover.

My experience with Bioverse was a great one. No problems! Medication arrived on time, well packaged and is working great so far!

Received 2nd order sent “overnight” 5 days after shipping date - no longer cold and was told by the company via e mail the shipment was unsafe to use. They requested specific photo’s of shipment on 112724 to initiate an escalated process to re-send script within 5 business days and initiate incident report. This was the last time I heard from them - have sent repeated e-mails and phone calls with no response whatsoever. Today is 121124.

I have been trying to order and had several problems. Completed app and it stated credit Card was incorrect. I reviewed account number and date and all were correct. I know my account balance is $9,000 under my limit. Called bank and no problem. Started all over re-entering all info again. This time it said the state I listed was not the same I listed the first time, yet it was the same. It wouldn’t let me proceed further so here I am getting multiple emails from Bioverse stating I haven’t finished. Exasperating!

I have t had any issues with Bioverse. They were straightforward with the process, I received prompt emails and received medication fairly quickly.

The first prescription/ process was good. Easy to get my prescription and providers were quick to respond every time. When it was time for a new medication order with an increased dosage approved by my provider, everything changed. They have already charged me for the new medication order and keep telling me they are going to expedite my order, yet I have been without medication for over 3 weeks now and still no follow up from the pharmacy saying my order has been shipped. At this point I’m going to file a complaint with my credit card company and request a refund. Extremely poor customer service on the second go round. Stay away from this company.

I went through the screening process and was approved to purchase from Bioverse. At the time when I was approved the "subscription" was presented for payment as 10Mg per quarter. As of my cancelling the plan my profile still shows my "subscription: as 10Mg per quarter. I received two vials with 2.5 Mb each. I responded immediately seeking to resolve the perceived discrepancy. After multiple attempts to get resolution I was told the "subscription" was for two 5Mg vials each containing 2.5. This was NEVER communicated prior to the purchase.

I paid for a three month prescription and they only sent me two vials. Initially they tried to say that the second vial was for two months but it was not! I knew it was not possible because the level of liuid in the vial was minimal and in fact, I completed it in one month. In addition, my messages in the portal from them upon approving the prescription say I will receive 3 vials! I have sent numerous emails and called dozens of times trying to get either my third vial or a refund and I get nowhere. They keep promising to have a lead supervisor look into it and I never hear anything back. I have called and left messages that are never returned and when there is a response it is usually an automated reply telling you to message them in the portal except nothing happens there either. This has been going on since October of 2024. my issues sound similar to other posts on here so it is not an isolated incident. I would never use them again!
