Adding on to my previous review… there has been no resolution. I was charged $500 almost 4 weeks ago for medication I have yet to receive. I still have no response from emails sent before Christmas, on Jan. 30 or earlier this week. They do not take phone calls. Bioverse “responded” to my review by advising me to email them and I still have not heard back. I looked into filing a complaint with the BBB but they have an F grade and have never responded to a complaint filed against them. I’m currently working with my bank to reserve the charges, and am hoping that will resolve this.

This company is very dishonest. Steer clear. They will charge you, send nothing. And you cannot contact anyone except a pre-fabbed email that does not answer your question. When you log in, there is simply nothing there. Nothing. When you email them to cancel your account they tell you to log into your account to manage your prescription. Its a vicious circle. The only way to cancel is to dispute the charge on your credit card and then block them on your card and report your credit card stolen so you get a new number and that card is cancelled. Beware! The responses here by the company are meaningless and fake. There is no one to help you and you have no access to your profile/account.

So far I have had a good experience. My medication arrived quickly after I was approved and it was well packaged. I'm almost 3 weeks in and have lost a few pounds. Things have gone smoothly so far. I am a little nervous about how the refill process will go after reading the reviews.

Stay away from this company. They have a beautiful well working website to get you to sign up but then you can never get logged in again. Just says page unavailable. They are trying to charge me again for another 3 months of medication when I just paid two weeks ago. Customer service is not responding and I’m not even sure this is the real medicine because it didn’t do anything, I’m still hungry and not loosing weight.

Don’t order from them is probably not even the real medication and they don’t honor their satisfaction guarantee promise

This is my final review for bioverse. I think bioverse has finally given up on me. This journey started on 18 Nov and it is still the worst company I have ever dealt with. They continuously tell me how sorry they are and have escalated it to who ever. They were over three weeks late with my medication and then when it showed up, the dosages were incorrect from what they prescribed. This was a week and a half ago with no movement with a solution. I have notified my credit card company and put a block on my credit card ( had to for what I have read here) and put in a claim for services not provided or product not received. I have reached out to bioverse and have given them plenty of opportunity to make this right. I have provided my credit card company with all correspondence and photos that I've had with bioverse. My credit card company has already credited my account. Good luck to anyone dealing with these guys.

This was my first time ordering. The process was quick and easy. Shipment arrived in a timely manner. I am only on my second week Too early to tell if it will work but I am eating less. So far so good
