I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered a 3 month supply of tirzepatide for $702.00 on March 21. It still has not arrived, nor have I received any updates outside of pharmacy processing. At this point I'd just like a refund.

So far, so good. I received my medication within the promised time. Although the vials seemed like they should contain more medication, I understand that the dosage is carefully measured. Despite my initial concerns, the medication lasted for the expected duration. This has been my experience with Bioverse. I've just completed my 4th week, so let's see how it goes from here. One thing I feel would be helpful is including instructions on how to take the doses in the package. I had to constantly check my message center to ensure I was taking the correct doses. Other than that, I am satisfied with the product. I have not lost much weight, but I'm getting there—5 lbs less by my 4th week. Hopefully, I can lose more weight since I barely eat and feel full most of the time."

I consider Bioverse website to be misleading. They initially show their program cost includes all services and meds!!!! We later in the application process discovered meds are In addition to original cost we signed up for. They make it very difficult to cancel (if not impossible) Stay clear of this vendor!!!!

My experience was great. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because when the package comes it's confusing. They need to send a letter with it explaining the small amount of used first month. You only use . 25mg which is the number 10 in the syringe. Your body must adjust one month to the hormone then you increase to the next level which is printed on the pharmacy label. Mine came quickly. I got 6 months worth very quickly. I wish they would put reorder info in with it, but they don't. However everything else was as promised.

This is my second negative review. In response to the first one I received a reply assuring me that my refund was being processed. That was 7 business days ago. How long should it take to receive a refund? I feel like this company was just using a delay tactic as a way to negate my negative experience. I’m still waiting to be proven wrong.

I re-ordered the next round of medicine in early February. Bioverse a) took over a week to even react to my inquiry on 'Where is my refill?". 3 weeks later, they claimed the order was never processed (!!!!!!!!), then they said they could refund me the money, I stated NO, I want the medicine !!! So today is March 28th, and I have no idea or information if I will ever receive my paid medicine ever?!!!!!?! I was super excited at first, but that went bad really fast. I am 2 weeks past my scheduled dosage!!!

I placed my order on 3/18/25 and got a message right away basic info on how to use the medication. But it still shows pharmacy processing and no shipment . I paid $477 for 3 months and it should be 3 vials with different dosage for each month. Hopefully it comes soon and hopefully they didn’t screw me out of my money. I’m going to call and ask for a refund because they haven’t even filled my order yet . My friend ordered from another company Thin MD and had her medication within 5 days delivered. Not sure what this place is doing besides stealing my money. 😡

I recieved my tiny amount of GLP-1 just 4 or 5 days after ordering it. I was SHOCKED at how tiny of an amount was in the vial--like someone said, maybe 1/8 of an inch. Vial said it was 2 ml. My math said it did not add up to how much I am suppposed to take in 3 months, but apparently I wasn't figuring it correctly. My engineer husband figured it out and said it should be correct, so I am giving BIOVERSE the benefit of the doubt on that! I will be giving them a call if it's not. Wish me success in losing some weight!
