This company you need to run from, they scammed me out of 477.15 in December 2024 and will not respond to my emails or calls and then in March also charged me 289.00 for a month supply I received but didn't request. I had left several messages for them to remove me and never send or charge me again but that didn't happen. The 3 month order I ordered and paid 477.15 in December came with syringes and achol wipes but no prescription of semiglutide period. Their scammers

I have tried to reach someone/anyone at Bioverse for a couple of weeks and no response. I have used the patient portal and sent email. Crickets. I have now canceled my service but am concerned because I cannot delete my CC information.

Started off fine. The medication wasnt working. I kept sending messages to change the rx my messages thru the patient portal go unanswered. I send messages thru my email no response either try calling and no response. But yet the medicine keeps being charged. Its odd that the medication also comes from different pharmacies everytime.

I was approved for my second ‘quarterly’ medication. I received an email on April 2nd that it was processing and would take up to 7 days. The script was charged to my card on file. I have not received a tracking number. I went on my account and it says my next shipment isn’t due until May 1st. No mention of the current order. I called the pharmacy it comes from and they say they have no order on file for me. I have tried calling, the pharmacy tried calling, I emailed, left messages and voicemails to no avail (since March 27th). I am out of medication and am moving. I will not be in the State for a May1st shipment. I need someone to correct your error and get the script sent, please!

If I were you, I’d choose a different company to order from. While they have no membership fees, the company is unorganized and does not follow through on what they say. I placed my order on March 18th and I have yet to receive anything. It still says that the pharmacy is processing. I reached out multiple times to see if there was an update and no one had any information. Now no one will answer me.

What to expect when ordering from them: -Bioverse will provide information that you will receive your shipment within 7 days of your order. -Your order will be stuck each day on "pharmacy processing" with no new update. -You will not be able to contact customer service over the phone as they are impossible to get ahold of. -You will send many emails looking for an update or asking to cancel/refund your order. -It will take them days or weeks to respond to your emails and when they do respond it's generic wording with no updates on your order and refusal to refund your money. -You will be out the money you pay and may never get your shipment. -Or you may get your shipment extremely delayed. -Expect terrible customer service. I would declare this company a scam and deeply regret not reading reviews of this company first before ordering. 3/23/2025 I was researching a company to purchase Tirzepatide from and found Bioverse to have a reasonable monthly payment and I liked that "the Dr would review my order and IF I was approved, they would prescribe my order and payment would be processed then". Within an hour of filling out my information online on a Sunday mind you, I get an email saying IM APPROVED and instantly they charged my card for the 3 month supply of $702. Great, now im concerned on the legitimacy of this company because I HIGHLY doubt a DR reviewed my order that quick and on a Sunday but according to them I will receive my supply within 7 days. I then stumbled across Bioverse advertising on Facebook with a direct link to this site so I read the awful reviews! I immediately message them to cancel my order and expressed my concerns. 4 emails later they respond and say I do not meet the criteria for a refund. Even though it's been over the 7 business days they claimed it I would receive my shipment. They ignored my emails for a week and my order still shows "pharmacy processing" which they give 0 updates on. Not one information update for a customer that almost spent 1k on product they are selling. How do they not know? Why are they falsely advertising a 7 day turn around time? Why is their company not taking this delay seriously or refunding their customers? My experience is so similar to the many people who have ordered from them that there's one of two things going one: One, they are a complete scam and none of their other good reviews are real. Two, they are going out of business and don't give a flying eff about doing right by their customers. Has anyone been able to get a refund? Either way, I am reporting them as fraud and will continue to leave terrible reviews on there Facebook and Instagram. Hopefully to catch their attention for my refund and to warn others! BIOVERSE do I have your attention and can you please refund order 84150 and everyone else's that is not receiving their orders. *******************************************************************UPDATE: After sending repeated emails for 3 weeks, Bioverse sent me an email stating they are giving me a full refund and it will take 5-7 days. I am cautious if I will even receive a refund based off other reviews on this website so I have already filed it with my bank. I will update this review once I receive my refund.

Worst experience ever! Not only did they not provide the product within 7 days as promised. They ignored every email I sent directly to them and within their portal requesting a refund. Finally after 4 weeks they ship the product and then tell me they cannot provide a refund because the product has shipped ! I've been asking for a refund for 3 weeks and could not get through to anyone ! Got the product yesterday . Supposed to be 3 months worth. Not even close. 3 tiny vials. 2 are almost empty and 1 partial. Did the math and no matter how you look at it the only conclusion is this company uses false advertising and is fraudulently taking people's money. AVOID this company !!! Update: I was finally able to get a full refund from the company. It took 5 weeks of daily emails and calls. A complaint to the BBB and filing a dispute on my credit card.

I got my medication on time. The instructions were very confusing. I needed to watch a YouTube video to understand how to inject properly. I had the worst side effects and could not continue after my first shot. I let my doctor know she was very unresponsive and nobody in that company seems to care about anything but your money. Very disappointing. I don’t even expect to get a refund, especially not from a Third-party site like that. I canceled completely after paying in advance for three months.
