There is something going on with this company. Was with them for about 5 months at maximum dose of SEMA as I switched providers. All was great as far as timing at first, but was charged 1K plus erroneosly that was reimbursed. They have you checkin every month even if you have a 60 day supply left. Well this month did not recieve a checkin email and text like usual. After 3 messages (in the patient portal) and 3 emails, they have not responded as to my need for SEMA as I am out! I have had to make other arrangements. The potential problem is that I asked for the price? They don't like to give the actual price and will wack you for several times more even though they advertise a low price.

So far so good. Medication came quickly with instructions.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. They said I’d receive my package in 5-7 day I got it after 10 days. I had even sent out an email to them and messaged them and didn’t get a response. After messaging them for a couple of days I heard back and said that it was going to be shipped out in a couple of days. Then they were meant to do a check in after 4 weeks. I haven’t heard back from them. It’s been another 4 weeks and still nothing. A friend of mine has also had trouble. They have charged over card several times over $1,400 dollars worth in a couple of days. When she reached out to them they had not responded for over a week. She tried calling the company with no response either. Just an awful company. Never will use them again.

It was all good until I didn't renew my next shipment of my compounded Semaglutide. They sent me a message that they were sending one vial to continue my care. They charged me the full price of $289 for one vial. This is what I paid for 3 vials. Since then I have texted them 3 times and called 4 times. They called me back this past weekend to see what my problem was, I told them and told me they would call me back later that day. They haven't called back or emailed or texted. Stay away from them!! I'll report this to my bank as a disputed charge.

I started taking GLP!-Semaglutide with Bioverse in November 2024. I have had absolutely no problem with them. I received my first order about a week after paying for it. No problems with billing, paying or anything monetary. The Semagludite worked great for about 3 months, but the weight loss was slowing on a consistent basis. One month I lost only 1 pound. The higher the dosages went, the more physical problems I had.... terrible constipation, stomach pain and then finally heartburn. Really bad. But they worked with me and we tried a few things (lowering the dosage, probiotics, etc.) They were very helpful and answered my questions almost immediately. I finally decided to take a break from it and they delayed my next shipment for 2 months (which will be May). It's really weird that some people are having so much trouble. My husband tried them but didn't like them. He said he had trouble with them on the correspondence, but after a bit of time the communication was better. He didn't like the product as it did not work for him. He had tried a different company at first, with success, but switched to Bioverse because it was less expensive. So he has stopped taking it. From what I understand, from people I've run across that are using it, they are having the same gastro problems that I did. Its ashame, because it really worked for a while. I lost 27 pounds and was delighted. Unfortunately, I need to lose a bit more. However, I wont be going back to the GLP1- Semaglutide. Too much pain and no more results......it's not worth it. However, the company was great! I'm so sorry that some are having such trouble.

I have sent several messages and no one responds. I am still waiting on my second order to come through and no updates. I was overcharged and no one responded as to why. Filing a dispute and filing legal charges against this company

I see all the bad reviews, but I didn’t have any trouble. I paid and got my product in about a week. Much better price than the places that are selling it in Roanoke, VA!

I will update my review, as I did receive the document that I needed after posting my previous review, and that is the fair thing to do.
