So far, ok. Everything was sent fairly quickly and easy instructions. The lines of communication leave a lot to be desired. I continue to get spam texts and emails even though I am already a customer/ patient, which caused a lot of confusion before my meds were received. they continue but just have to read to make sure it isn’t something g I need. Other than the few legit messages with updates when I first placed an order, there is no communication or check ins. Which is fine I guess but would be good to be able to discuss side effects etc.

I would give a 0 if possible, to start I got my bottle empty. It has little to nothing. I called emailed them more then 10 times it’s been 3 weeks and still haven’t gotten an answer from them. I am patiently waiting but this is getting ridiculous since I got an email saying they are about to charge me for my second dose but i haven’t even started my first one. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Don’t come here.

Love this company! No membership fees , you just pay for the medicine. Great customer service

I went through this company because of the low rates but that is how they get you. The first order went through and quick but the second time after three months trying to get a refill was impossible. Three weeks later after my medication should have been here before I was due for next shot, I called to let them know I still had not received my medication they said oh its because you were marked as quarterly and we have to change it because you are from California, and we cannot do quarterly anymore. Mind you this was several calls and messages later and I still have no meds. Finally she said oh I am going to cancel your order and redo it to monthly and that should take care of them problem and explained to her that I was going on month 4 and I was on 1.25 already and she said oh no worries you should stay on the same and I also told her that I did not want to be charged again since I had already paid three weeks ago and she said no worries I will make sure you don't get charged again. Well I got charged again and they wanted to start me on 0.25 again like if I was starting new again and I immediately called to let them know I did not want the order if It was going to be low dosage again and she said let me look into your file and I will get back to you and guess what they started to fill the order after I said I did not want it and now they will not refund me my money and I keep getting the run around. They have the worst customer service, they don't respond in time either than a generated email stating they acknowledge your message and they don't listen to you. I am still trying to fight to get my money back and they keep giving excuses. They also know when you are calling and after 35 calls they finally answered and said we know you are calling but now there is nothing we can do. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, DO NOT USE THEM. YOU KNOW THAT SAYING YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET, GOING CHEAPER IS NOT ALWAYS THE BEST IDEA

Ordered product on 5/12. I had missed sending them some needed items, and they responded to my emails. Then communication stopped despite many emails I sent thereafter. At one point, I threatened to report them as a scam and stop payment thru my bank and still no reply... then I rec'd my order about 4 weeks later. The are legit, but they don' communicate with you.

Honest feedback from someone in the military 18 years: Avoid this company. They are absolutely unresponsive. I used LEVITY for three months and lost nearly 20 pounds with their GLP-1. The moment the FDA came along and killed them -I had to find someone else and found BIOVERSE… they are instant to reply to new member seeking purchase and it is likely through an overseas chat.. they utilize revive for their compounding and delivery. I have been using their increased dose for two weeks and it has had no effect on me. I have hunger and have even gained 4 pounds despite paying their premium price of $1675. I believe I was sold a placebo. I am so frustrated and upset that there are companies who exist out there solely to take advantage of the collapse of the FDA deal. I need out of this company and I need a refund for the water I was sold in a vile. I will be going to the Better Business Bureau.

I would give zero stars if possible! They sucker you in with low prices, timely shipping and mediocre communication with first order...then it becomes a dumpster fire of no communication, charges of triple the amount and no sign of medications...This company truly is a fraud...Be careful and be ready to dispute if you move forward with them....I am also researching all the "providers" to report licenses if they actually exist! Garbage!
