Don’t do it! I signed up for 3 months worth of semaglutide for $129/month and they turned around and charged me $449/month. Of course I email and nobody gets back to me. I will be disputing the charge. This is a scam!

This is the 2nd time I've turned to Trustpilot for help and to vent. I most certainly would not recommend dealing with Bioverse in any way whatsoever! Especially when there are so many other companies out there wanting my business. My card was charged on 5/9/25 and 10 days later I'm told that there's been a delay due to a shortage of meds which isn't true. Oh, it may be another 10 - 12 days before I receive my order. I'm done with Bioverse!

This Company is very easy to deal with, I received my medication in about 3 days, providers are following up with me as expected

I would have given 0 stars if I could. Took my money but did NOT SEND THE MEDS. I waited almost a month, no meds. Finally, after involving my attorney, I received a refund. This “company” is fraudulent. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND MONEY AND PASS ON THIS SCAM!

This place is really lacking on the communication front. Similar to other reviews I️ cannot get in contact with my medical care staff. It is unbelievable how unresponsive they are. You prescribe someone medicine and then you never hear from them again. That’s an insane way to run a practice. Even when confronted they’re evasive with answering questions directly. Chatgpt could do a better job. My advice is to shop elsewhere

I’m not sure how to rate them right now. At first, my experience was positive. I started in January lost 20 pounds since and I was very pleased. However, this is the second month in a row that I’ve had to chase my prescription down. Last month they responded to my email and my concerns and had it sent out. This month I was charged on the fifth. It is now the 15th and I have received no update. I have emailed to them and have received no response and I’m getting concerned and irritated. Has anyone else had these issues the past few months?? UPDATE: just filed a complaint with the BBB, after many many many attempts and months of my patience and kindness no one has ever responded, luckily my credit card credited it back but I’m …..considering looking into a class action lawsuit… that’s how concerned I am with this company. These are medication’s not novelty items. You don’t mess around with people‘s medication’s. It’s Scary! To the person who said that it wasn’t their fault that they said it was their pharmacy. Welp that’s not entirely true-after I had seen that my delivery was canceled. I had called the pharmacy that was on the tracking number. They told me they don’t know why but bioverse canceled it right before it shipped. The company is not legitimate! Run! Run away fast! They will be responsive for a short amount of time until they have your credit card and you have a three month prescription and then you won’t be able to get a hold of them and you will not get your meds. Seems to be their MO.

Zero stars. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They do not answer any questions, regardless of manner of contact. This is the most neglectful absence of service I’ve ever experienced. It’s abhorrent to think they are positioned to proved any medical oversight. Do NOT use this company for anything!
