I never applied for this card, and I got caught in the elaborate rooms under the guys of my Apple car being hacked. The scammers used supposedly a decoy card so that I would not get hacked in my regular credit cards in Loan behold even though I took it off Venmo. I just lost $1010 to this card that I don’t even have and I can’t figure out how to get any contact with them this is a very bad institution. A very bad card. I’m out $1000 and more.

Sadly, I had to select at least 1 star... I definitely would not recommend this bank to ANYONE! If Tubi decided to become a financial insitution; I'd GLADLY sign up for Tubi's accounts over Go2Bank!!

Do not use this bank, it's a fraud and won't let you take out your money , they also charge $50 per month to keep your money in the worst bank. They have customer service who don't understand english

Absolutely disgusting Bank treat you like scum second class citizen if you're American and then some gay guy almost telling me to shut up because I needed to listen to him and I'll follow his exact instructions what a power trip good thing I'm not around that guy but I wouldn't do business with this bank if I do any more business it will be Shady business

Terrible Experience — Scam We purchased a GO2bank card from Dollar Tree and loaded $20 onto it, expecting a simple and secure way to manage our money. When we tried to use the card, it didn’t work at all. The money was gone, and it felt like it was stolen. We tried multiple times to reach customer service, but no one was available. After days of trying, we finally spoke to someone — and they had no idea what happened to our funds. No resolution, no accountability. My husband told the representative that we would make sure people know about this scam. Save yourself the frustration and stay far away from GO2bank.

This "bank" does not permit transfers to other banks. Regardless of the balance in your account, access is limited to $3,000 per month, and spending is capped at $10,000 monthly. Wire transfers are not available. Should you try to close your account, the sole option is to receive a check within 2-3 weeks. It is advisable to steer clear of this company at all costs. They are not a bank; they are engaging in deceptive practices.

someone is transferring money from my account in another back to an account in Go2. I had to close my account and open another one, and they are doing it again.
