If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been trying to close this account for over TWO YEARS and yet, these imbeciles are no help to me. I have less than 2 dollars in this "account." They are telling me the only way the account can be permanently closed if I spend the funds. Well, I can't spend the freaking funds because I have NO CARD. I tossed it ages ago because I thought they CLOSED the account. They said they did and they did NOT. Every time I contact their absolutely abysmal customer service, they say the same thing "you have to spend the balance." I CANNOT DO THAT BECAUSE I CAN'T GET TO IT. I'm seriously about to seek legal counsel because I don't want this account and there's NO WAY to close it. DO NOT BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are ignorant, rude, and more incompetent than anyone I have met.

Very rude and unprofessional. Very inconsiderate and lack empathy! Contacting Go2bank is very stressful, the phones are hung up in your face with no callback! This was my first time opening an account with g2bank but this is the worst debit card company I have ever used! They denied a claim although I showed proof of fraud. They are so bias, I’m so disappointed!

I don't think they are intelligent enough to improve. "Too many log in attempts. Change password. Wait 15 minutes (maybe hours). Try again. Accout locked. Wait [forever] or change password (for the @#$%^ time)."

This prepaid card is the worst prepaid card you can get you won't get paid 2 days early except for every now and again they hold your money to their ready to give it to you so that you can collect interest they lie and tell you whatever they program to tell you and you can only take up to $3,000 if your own money out of the ATM a month which they never tell you that I would not recommend this place I hope they close down

I was scammed out of $2000. I believe the scammers are employees of Go2Bank fraud department. CVS should pull these cards from stores. BEWARE of Go2Bank cards because the fraud department are the scammers.

Sent card offer to a minor and no way to talk to a live person for more information. There is no way their 4.6 star rating on google apps is correct when 1 star reviews are listed here. Fake, scam, and worst crap I've encountered thus far

Worst banking don't never bank with GO2bank they are very unprofessional the lady was literally on the phone yawning and didn't even say excuse me then she put me on hold for 30mins then hung up on me. I disputed a charge they never gave me a provisional credit they made the entire dispute my fault. I'll never be using this card again

I'm tearing up the card and Never using it again. The WORST Customer Service in the world. Someone got my number and made purchases on Tik Tok. I call up to dispute the charges and have to repeat my info 15 times. They acted like it was my fault. They took a frustrating situation and made it worse.
