Frustrating
Frustrating, and not a service i would recommend or wish upon my worst enemy! I don't write reviews, and I know people are usually only motivated to write after a bad experience, but even when ProctorU worked, it sucked. Being passed around for 2 hours, constantly told my wifi isn't strong enough, when I'm on one of the best connections in London. Somehow I'm expected to find new magical internet connections that are just waiting to be connected to without any security parameters. The service is inconsistent. I was able to complete one exam, and then for the next, told my connection and laptop weren't sufficient all of sudden. All of this on the day of the exam, forcing me to reschedule, for which it is somehow my fault, and I need to pay. I work with Learning Partners. If I ever hear ProctorU being suggested as a corporate solution, based on my experience I can not recommend this platform. And for clarity, I'm not having a go at the actual Proctors, however I think they've been given a garbage tool, and a garbage set of support procedures.
