Go ProctoruReviews of go.proctoru.com

Room for Improvement. Rithika S, you weren't very helpful and was shutting my computer down necessary or were you taking the the piss. Rohan, you were alright. ProctorU is a great concept but ya'll need to not take it so seriously man, its not jail it's flexibility. Ya'll tried to make me stressed but its an aptitude test, like Huh? I'm choosing to do it at home because it's more comfortable and a time saver. Do i need to show you the underneath of my desk? also its a laptop not a phone! Great for accessibility but idk dont you guys have professionals or ai that can track people's movements mannerisms to see if they're cheating? that would be so much easier. and i cant talk in my own room? come on. i read aloud!

I was really discouraged by the reviews online. I can't state that my experience was all that great, but it was not definitely too bad, as long as you're ok with having some issues. I had like 5-6 proctors in a single session, few connection disruptions, mouse and keyboard malfunction that was only removed by rebooting pc, etc. Tech is faulty and tech support feels underqualified. But overall it was a decent experience, as they were able to fix all the issues. Although I have finished my exam 1.5 hours later than it was initially intended. All proctors were polite. Some were even friendly. Had absolutely no issues with them as with individuals. So my main point is that if you have an incoming exam with ProctorU, don't get all too nervous. It may be ok. Don't worry too much! Good luck and God bless you!

Honestly couldn’t agree with more with the reviews with this company 😹. Backstory I have to take 5 test using proctor au and the first 2 was going smoothly until the third one. The proctor seemed that she had no idea what she was doing took her 20 minutes just to verify me while the others took less than 3. All that verifying just for her to let me know to reschedule my exam because she “couldn’t see my surroundings” like bs I’ve taken the test twice. And if they seemed to have a problem of where I was taking my test I would’ve been alerted on my first time taking it. So obviously it was just her to seem to have that problem. After that tried to contact the support team but they were no help as well so I’m giving this 3 stars
