I wanted a particular make/model of memory metal glasses which were difficult to find in the U.K and quite expensive. I must admit, I was hesitant (to say the least) about the prospect of receiving duff glasses but took the risk anyway. I could not have been more happy with them!! I have a fairly complicated varifocal prescription and cannot complain about anything from correct lenses (with transitions etc), authenticity and speed of delivery! ALL EXCELLENT. I will definitely recommend Go-Optics to friends and family. I think that some negative reviews relate to the issue of not being clear/accurate about prescriptions/sizes etc. Cheers folks, David

I had ordered some sunglasses for a birthday and its been 12 days and the order is still "processing", of course going to miss the birthday party this weekend, thanks Go Optic! We called and Jesse (who wasn't very helpful and rude) said it takes 5-10 business days to process, which was false from the information we had read when we bought the items. Jesse said they were out of stock with this items...in the order email it said we would receive a call or email if this was the case, NEVER HAPPENED, and it NEVER said they were out of stock when we ordered the glasses. This has to be the longest wait and worst service I've seen. They hide TOO MANY things from you. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, go somewhere else, we won't be shopping here ever again, even though we have a big family and get sunglasses all the time during the summer.

I had no issues placing my order and received it in a timely fashion. However, I was sent the wrong frame. I contacted customer service and was treated unprofessionally, to say the least. I was unable to speak to a "supervisor" after being hung upon repeatedly. I was even asked to email a picture of the frame I received to Go-Optic so they could see what they sent me! I will never use this company again and would have filed a complaint with the BBB, but I felt like these folks had wasted enough of my time.

I ordered frames online and paid for expedited shipping. They charged my credit card and over three weeks later I received an email that said the item I ordered had been discontinued. It's been almost a month since I placed my order and I have not received a refund for the frames they didn't even have in stock.

My first and only experience with Go-Optic was horrible. I received frames but they were not sent with any demo lenses (wireless bottom frames). After 3 weeks I finally received them only to have them be incorrect size for the frames. Go-Optic insisted they were correct when any novice could clearly tell they were too short in width to fit the frame. Sent everything back with an explanation asking for a refund. I received an email (which I replied to immediately) saying they would not refund it because 30 days had passed. After complaining that 30 days had passed because I was waiting for them to get me correct demo lenses I was called and told that someone will contact me next week. Then today in the mail I received the frames back. This has to be the worst customer service ever. We'll send you a product but not supply the necessary items to actually be able to use the product and we will still charge you. Idiots

Ordered a pair of eye glass frames that are "in stock" i paid for fast shipping, its been 3 business days and i still havent received a tracking number, so i call up because im going on a road trip this friday. so im assuming they will be here, nope. they wont. so i say i want to cancel and they want to charge me 15% and keep my shipping fees. is this for real?

This is an extremely customer unfriendly company that charges re-stocking fees to customers even when the product they shipped turns out to not function properly. I ordered a pair of glasses that were definitely misaligned and not ready for use. After returning them and receiving a refund, I noticed that 15% of the price I paid had been retained by the company. Upon calling them, they refused to refund me for the full amount and claimed that I should I shipped back the product for adjustment instead of returning the item. Anyways, they unfairly kept 15% of the money I paid for a product that I did not keep. I do not recommend this business.

I had bought a pair of US Army frames at Walmart. They're cool, very Ray Ban wayfarer, and I get loads of compliments. Only thing is, they seem to break at the meeting of the arm and glasses awfully easily. So, I got a pair, Walmart no longer carries them, I order from Go Optic and as with the prior pair, they break. Unfortunate. But Go Optic offered a warranty. Hooray. "It seems dumb to keep getting the same frame, " I think to myself, "but what the heck, I've got the lenses, I might as well utilize the warranty!" I contact Go Optic: yup, the warranty is still good, the frames have a few more weeks of coverage. Hooray. The occasional thing working out in life moment is a good thing. I send glasses back. Do a few emails to and fro with customer service, and voila, about ten days later, I've got the new frames, lenses and all, and I am a happy customer. It would probably be wise for Go Optic and any other retailer to discontinue this US Army captain line, since obviously there is an inherent design flaw, but as far as living up to their warranties, and following through: well, they were good for that and I wanted to let that show for the record.
