After I placed my order with Go-Optic, I came across many negative reviews of the company. All I can say is that my experience was exceptionally good. Not only did I save about 1/3 of what the glasses would have cost me at my optometrist, but Go-Optic performed exactly as they described on their website. Which leads me to my next comment. When you place your order, make sure to read the details on the website very carefully. In my case, the brand of glasses that I ordered took longer than what Go-Optic usually promises, however, this fact was clearly stated on their website. After I placed my order, I realized that I needed to have the charge split between two credit cards. I contacted Go-Optic (through their online feature) and they quickly made the change. I did try to call them first, and was unable to get through, but like a lot of companies, if you contact them online, they will quickly answer you. The glasses when they arrived were well packed in a beautiful case and the prescription (progressives) was done flawlessly. I would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to friends.

Just received my frame and lenses and they were perfect as ordered.

Got my glasses, scrip was wrong...sent them back(waited 2 weeks) got them back, they had done nothing to them, just turned around and sent them right back to me. Sent them back to Go-Optic (waited 3 weeks, they said they'd ship them 3 day Express, but they didn't, Fed-Ex ground instead, 10 days later) got them back. Wore them for a month and a half and discovered diagonal cracks in the lens going up and out from the bridge drill holes. After 3 weeks of back and forth with Customer service, them telling me that a manager would call me to resolve this issue, the manager finally answered the phone one day ( he told me they were short-handed and he was "helping out") he said that the glasses were assembled correctly and that I must have abused them in some way. At the time I was in a wheel-chair suffering a broken leg and did nothing all day but sit around and read and watch TV! He finally aquiesed and said they would fix them this one time for free. I told him I wanted the cracked lenses returned to me as a back-up just in case. When I finally got the glasses back (3 weeks later, once again, the promised overnight delivery became Fed-Ex Ground!) they were fixed but the damaged pair were not returned to me. That was 5 mos. ago, last week I started to notice the same cracks appearing again. I took them to a trusted local optometrist and the dismantled them (for free) and determined that they were assembled incorrectly again, with no soft plastic washer between the metal and the lens...still waiting to get a response from them... Will keep you posted...

CONSUMER ALERT !!! Go-Optic.Com has hundreds of consumer complaints against the company regarding deceptive business practices, poor quality materials, improper prescription fills, failure to correctly fill orders, using wrong lenses and cheaper materials, shipping broken frames, broken lenses or wrong lenses, refusing returns and full refunds, canceling orders and charging any fees they want and failing to disclose this to the consumer. This company is unfriendly and has repeatedly defrauded the consumer. There are consumer complaints with the BBB, Consumer Protection Divisions and the FTC regarding this company's deceptive business practices. Go-Optic.Com has defrauded hundreds of customers out of money and have repeatedly shipped poor product and wrong lenses that where not like the prescription provided by the patients eye doctors. If you have been victimized by Go-Optic.Com , you are not alone. There are so many complaints against this company that it would take weeks to go through all of the complaints. Be advised that Go-Optic.Com is a fraud, a rip-off, very unfriendly and conducts deceptive business practices. This company is on the World-Wide Web with the intent to rip you off and take your hard earned money. There are even reports that this company will put orders on hold indefinitely to keep your money, defraud the credit card companies and charge consumer credit cards without authorization. It seems Go-Optic.Com is not interesting in anything but money... YOUR MONEY.

Instead of paying $300 for a pair of Gucci sunglasses, i got them for almost half the price and i got them in less than a week with there standard shipping. Great service, will recommend to all my friends!!! Thanks Go Optic!
