We are getting ready to go on a trip so I needed these glasses in about a week's time. Go-optic was so much cheaper and faster than the local doctors that I thought I'd give them a try. I was a little worried with some of the negative reviews, but the alternative was to pay $150 more for the same frames and lenses and not get them in time for my trip. I e-mailed them my prescription just to help speed up the verification process. I also called ahead to make sure my frames were in stock... and they were. I received an e-mail verifying my order. I received and e-mail verifying they received my prescription, and then I checked my order status every day online to see if it had shipped or not. I got my glasses in about 5 business days, and 2 days before my trip. There were no scratches and the glasses fit and looked great. I did opt for the scratch resistant coating and anti-glare coating. I would totally use Go Optic again because of their cheap and fast service.

Ordered my glasses on Thursday and had them one week later. They fit perfectly and look great. Of course I figured out the size I needed before ordering. Just because they look good in a photo doesn't mean they're going to fit you. I had no problem with customer service when I spoke with them just to follow up on the order. None of these on-line companies stock all the frames they advertise and that should be expected. I saved myself about $75 over their competitors. I will definitely be buying more here in the future.

I purchased a pair of 'unisex' sunglasses online for $120 (a lot for a pair of sunglasses you expect to be good quality).. They were clearly a men's pair of sunglasses because they were so wide, They wouldn't stay on and they were a very cheap plastic that were bent enough that they didn't even look straight on my face. When I called the company to voice my frustration since I had gotten them for a trip I wouldn't be able to use them for.. They told me I should've looked at the size on the product info and went and tried some on to verify it would fit (because that makes sense.. I would've just bought them in a store) and the fact that they're bent doesn't consider them defective so I now have to pay $8 to have them shipped back and a 15% restocking fee on top of my original $120 for the sunglasses. I was told I could have the full amount as credit but (A) I don't want to deal with this company ever again, and (B) I won't have them in time for my trip anyway, since it took me a month to receive them in the first place. A horrible company to order from!!! Save your money and pass this on.. These sunglasses have become an investment for nothing.

I went online to buy a replacement pair of prescription Ray Bans. I've owned 3 pairs of similar sunglasses over the years, and I've been very happy with them. I have a very light prescription, so I have never had to upgrade the lens. They sent me a pair with lenses that are much too thick for the frames, and they refuse to take them back, despite advertising a 30-day return policy. I have always bought from LensCrafters and other reputable stores, so I assumed this would be the case. What a mistake!

BE CAREFUL! For a beautiful site with a large selection of frames and lenses are hidden crooks! 30.12.12 - ordered glasses for $208.95 with EMS express delivery. 05.01.13 - received confirmation: "Your Order [858K81304246-984Y] was Sent on 1/4/2013. The Shipping Method used for this Order: International - U.S.P.S. Express Mail [All Other Countries] Your Tracking Number for this Order (if available): EC209772475US" A month has passed. The track is not updated. I wrote to the USPS, and they immediately (it is important!) confirmed that the parcel did not received. 06.02.13 - I wrote letters to all of the available e-mails with the request to investigate. 07.02.13 - first useless answer: "I will forward this email to the proper department, they will be able to assist you further with your inquiry." 02/08/13 - one more useless answer: "I have forwarded a request to our Shipping Department to contact the USPS for an update on your missing package. Once they update us we will inform you of the status of delivery. Thank you for your patience." 14/02/13 - once again write a letter reminding. I attached the USPS's answer that they have not received the parcel. 14/02/13 - and more: "We apologize for the delay in the response. It appears the USPS is currently researching this matter is we're still waiting for them to get back to us. We will contact them today to see if we have anymore information we can give to you about this shipment." 21/02/13 - and more: "Our Order's Department filed a claim with USPS. Once we hear back from them, we will advise you. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, your patience is appreciated." Passing through another month. I remind you that USPS answered me within a few hours. 16/03/13 - once again write a reminding letter. No answer. Total spent $ 208.95, 72 days, a gift (glasses) is not obtained. I'm paid by card (the other options were not), so no leverage with them not :( Be careful!

I read the reviews about their bad service but I needed replacement glasses and this website was the only one that had them. I did receive my frames early, but they sent me the wrong color so now I have to go another 2 weeks without frames.

Purchased a Singrid Olsen frame (discontinued) and very pleased. My order was exact and shipped within the time frame they indicated. My only complaint is that I placed my order and a few days later called to verify because I didn't receive an email that they received my order. When I called they told me the frame had to be sent from the manufacturer and would take an additional 10 days. This information was listed on the website to be fair, but it would have been helpful to have had an email followup about this. Overall though my phone call was pleasant and I got my frame and love it! I would be weary about buying lenses from an online company IMHO. I went and got the lenses rx filled at my eye doctors office. You can get a great price on fames but go elsewhere to get them filled!! Your eyes need to be checked by a human! Not a computer!

They took my order with overnight shipping charges for something that was supposed to be in stock. 20 days later still not glasses...."still processing". When I demanded answers, they said the glasses are finally off back order and will take another 10 days to process. Essentially, they are liars, rude, and arrogant, and will insult a person's intelligence with their polite but totally unhelpful responses. BUYER BEWARE: If you rely on prescription glasses, don't purchase from these crooks.
