I had the same experience as the person Chris below. I ordered glasses in a rush because I am due with my second child soon. I need the glasses before I go into labor. They cancelled my order due to "discontinuation from manufacturer" without any emails or phone calls to me (they have both contact info). I could have ordered from someone else days ago, now another week is wasted.

I purchased a frame that I saw on the website. Estimated delivery was 5 days. After waiting the 5 days I checked the order status only to find out it had been cancelled. Talked with a customer service rep who was very courteous. I was told that they had tried to get the frame as they did not have it in stock and the order was cancelled due to the frame being discontinued by the manufacture. My complaint is that They never informed me that they had cancelled the order. No Email or phone call. Just left hanging.

I ordered a pair of high-end titanium frames in August, 2015 and received them, in the manufacturer's branded hard case, together with a microfiber cleaning cloth, in less than one week. The frames are in perfect condition. I saved over 50% in comparison to the manufacturer's advertised retail price of the frames. You'd pay full retail for these frames at most optical shops. This purchase transaction, for me, was first rate and based solely upon my buying experience, would recommend Go Optic highly.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!! Is this company serious? I ordered a pair of super future retro flat tops over a month ago and they had yet to be shipped. They had no issue with taking my money but have issues with communicating where the hell my sunglasses are. I told a woman named Kim I wanted my money back and asked how long it would take to see the charge removed. She had 0 clue about anything. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

They are running their business and think "May be people just want to wait for a long time to get your glasses and spent more money." Ordered a frame with no lenses on the June 24th. I waited for three days and the status for the order still showing "processing". If they really have it in stock why would it take so long to process? I agreed to cancelling the order with a 10% charge of the frame on the 28th. So I ordered the same frame elsewhere on the same day. And it arrived within 5 days! FROM UK! And it's still cheaper with the shipping charge. Today, July 7th, I still haven't got the refund form Go-Optic.com. If their process and refund speed is as fast as they put the charge on your credit card, they would have a good business. I wonder if they're just surviving on the 10% charges. I'm sure my family will never ever consider doing business with them!

Just to let everyone know of my experience with this company. I placed an order only to find out that there is an extremely long processing time. They don't have the products on hand but have to order it from manufacturers. The products are on back order or not available at all. If you decide to cancel the order, they hit you up for cancellation fees. Will never even consider doing business with them again and hope no one else does either. They didn't even deserve one star.

Go-Optic has a robotic approach to their customers. They sent frames that had rough unfinished edges and refused to provide a full refund. Instead, they retained a "re-stocking fee" (with the apparent intention of selling the defective frames to someone else). When we complained to the BBB, Go-Optic's response was that they refunded according to the agreement we made, which is false. The agreement did not include anything about keeping a fee if the product was defective. We have also sent a complaint about them to the Delaware Attorney General.

I am very disappointed with go-optic's customer service. Recently, I was sent a pair of glasses with a missing manufacture temple plate, making them look warn and cheap. While it was troublesome to receive a pair of defective lenses, even more upsetting was the very poor customer service provided by the company. I called three days ago to see what my options were, I was told all the managers were busy, but someone would call back later that day. No response. Two days go by, and I get your email response. I call back as you suggest, and I am disconnected while waiting manager again. Once I called back, the manager was completely unhelpful, offering no accommodation or reimbursement other than sending them back and waiting another three weeks for another pair. I do not recommend this company.
