I ordered a pair of sunglasses and saw there was a 12 days processing time, fine. I waited until then and contacted customer service to check on the status. They keep telling me it will be shipped next week. Twice I contacted them and they said the same thing. It's been a month and they are still giving me the run around. I told them to cancel my order and they said they want a 10% cancelation fee. Excuse me but it's not my fault they can't get the item I ordered in time and I have to be penalized for wanting to cancel my order?? The rep told me they would have to put in a request to waive that fee. This company motto is just bad news. Hope they go out of business soon.

poor / lack of communication, charge your bill before they even have product or ship. been waiting for over 2 weeks and i have heard nothing from them.

I ordered a set of frames only, because my prescription is a very strong hi-index progressive bifocal and I felt uneasy ordering the lenses online. I had the prescription filled at the Costco optical center. I was able to get the complete pair of glasses for less than $300. My local optometrist's office quoted me over $500 just for the lenses. Go-Optic has a fantastic selection of petite ladies' frames (lens width less than 50 mm). I love being able to enter the dimensions in the search parameters to find exactly the size frame I need. My glasses are beautiful; I get compliments on them all the time. I'm planning to order another pair in a different color soon.

Hoping you don't want to try on a frame or choose from several options. 15% restocking fee for returns for credit. Its robbery.

I did not use their lenses. I just found a frame I had and broke to replace with lenses I had from that pair. The pair I got wasn't exactly the same and I just checked but my receipt had the same number they sent me so I must have screwed up. The lens shape was very close and my dad makes lenses for a company local and he was able to heat the frame and pop them in no problem. I ordered them on Friday night. They got shipped monday and I had tracking info. Came from California. Was supposed to be priority 2 day mail and was scheduled for Wednesday delivery, but did not arrive here until Friday. Shipping delay is with post office. After all of these horrid reviews I thought I'd take a chance on a $50 pair of frames since I'm sure this style was long since discontinued. I'm happy with the new pair and estatic that my Dad was able to pop them in....I thought he may have to cut them down a bit, but plastic is obviously forgiving! :) This will be my spare pair going forward as I just got new frames with progressives and my distance prescription did not change so figure I'd keep going with the other lenses as a spare. Worth the risk if just buying frames. Cannot speak for quality of lenses as they did not make mine.

Just had to tell everyone of how untrustworthy this company is. I ordered my prescription glasses from Optic Go, they gave me the wrong prescription. Having never worn eye glasses before I didn't realize the prescription wrong, I was told that sometimes a person just have to get use to wearing them. After a few months I realized there is something still wrong it's not getting better so I took my glasses to another Doctor only to find out that my prescription was wrong. LESSON LEARNED BUY LOCALLY SO YOU CAN DEAL WITH SOMEONE PERSONALLY AND GET BETTER SERVICE. APPARENTLY THE CUSTOMER IS NEVER RIGHT WITH THIS COMPANY BEWARE.

My initial order for new glasses, clip on sunshades plus an extra pair of clip on sunglasses was over $500.00. The extra clip-on had to be shipped separately and did not arrive until about 3 weeks after the first. My work requires a lot of travel and I was not home when they arrived. The sunshades were not anything close to what I originally order. I called Go-optic to see about exchanging for the correct lens and was told that they had a very strict return/exchange policy and could not help. So if you do business with them, be careful. You will not be able to return or exchange the product.

Be careful if you buy from seller outside Australia because can do almost nothing if things goes wrong. I bought one pairs of Tag Heuer eyeglass in Apr. with 1.74 index which cost me USD 801.95. However the lenses looks still very thick and I really don’t see any difference with 1.67 index lenses. (I have compare them with my old glasses with 1.67 index). The worst is that I feel dizzy when I wear this glasses for longer more than 1 minute. Since I bought this online so I am not able to check if there is anything wrong with the lenses that go-optic processed and the only solution I can come up with is to ask go-optic to swap a small size frame at all my own cost (meaning I have to dump lenses and pay two way international post ) The thing is that go-optic refused my request without any hesitation by a good excuse i.e. 30 days return policy. Gee..I did not ask for return but swap only to make my $800 a little bit worth. To go-optic they have got nothing to lose because I have asked to swap a same brand with same price but s-maller size. After all that I no longer believer go-optic is a decent seller with good customer service. And just want to let you guys know BE CAREFUL TO DO BUSINESS WITH GO-OPTIC. Dave Melbourne
