I purchased a pair of Marc Jacobs sunglasses at Go-optic.com and the frame broke after a few uses. I returned under warranty and they claimed that I abused the sunglasses and refused to refund or replace. To top if off, they returned the sunglasses broken on the opposite as well, and they refused to take responsibility for the damage that occurred in their possession or as a result of their shipping it back to me. This is not a company that I would ever purchase from again!

Apparently most of what is listed on their web site they don't actually have in stock and have to order from a distributor or the manufacturer which means that it may not even be available. To top it off, they charge your account while all this is happening. It took 2 weeks to get the order and it's now been 9 days since they received my return package and I am still waiting for the refund minus the 15% restocking fee. Customer service is abrasive. Beware and proceed at your own risk!

Spoke with Nicole, the order was on hold because of a measurement they needed (didn't ask initially, it come up AFTER I've placed the order) and she said that if I cancel it will be 10% restocking fee. I don't know what they are going to re-stock. I had to get the frames anyway to avoid this, unethical charge. Awful. I should have read the reviews and of course, never going to buy anything from them.

I placed an order for glasses nothing but trouble. They say they have frames nothing is in stock they order frames after you pay then they cancel your order and then try to get your money back. There BBB rating is as bad as there service!!!!!

Ordered my daughter's frames from their website, 13 days later still back-ordered. No email from them stating that the item is on back-ordered but what else can I do, I already paid for it. what is the reason for expedited shipping if Go-Optic don't have it in stock? a disclaimer should be shown if the item is not available and there is a waiting period. Although, the check out tells you that all orders will take 1-3 business days to process and an additional 5-7 days for the order to be completed. So why the hell do you offer expedited shipping if it takes Go-Optic 3 business days to fulfill your order? This business should be out-of-business for it has the worlds horrible customer service "Jessie" is her name and I think "Jessie" should learn how to be professional. Till this day, I still have not received the frames for my daughter. No used cancelling the order for I will be charged 15% for cancellation, in fact, Go-Optic should give me a discount on my frames because I waited too long. Bad experience, will not return to this website, will try my hardest to close this business.

Well, hundreds of dollars off the regular price of the luxury frames I'd been hunting for was a deal I had to take seriously. I have a mild prescription, seemingly hard to mess up, and they also offered transition lenses for much lower than any optometrists in my area as well, so I decided to take the risks and buy despite the legion of bad reviews. I was amazed at how fast they came - less than a week after ordering, and during Christmas week at that! Wow! The frames are great, exactly as they should be. As for the lenses, one of them was fine but the other showed signs of some scratching near the edges. Seems to be a case of shoddy rushed work, but at that price I guess corners must be cut somewhere. I'm still debating returning them, but honestly, it is a very minor problem (hardly noticeable), so I think I'll just remain satisfied with the amazing deal I got.

Their frame are very competitive. Lense buyers beware! If you have a strong prescription, do not buy from them. I ordered lenses from them. The prescription was good. However, there were problems with depth perception and significant image curvature. They won't refund you. they might cut new lenses but you will have to go to an optometrist to document your issue and then go back and forth with Go Optic to tune your lenses. You might even have to change frame. Waste of time and money. Customer service is average.

This company sucks. Make sure that you check ALL of your credit card statements after business with GO-OPTICS. They will be more than happy to charge your card an additional fee, with a sad attempt to notify you. Beware of paper receipts- evidentially, they are too good to put your information upfront, ZERO transparency! I will never purchase glasses from this company, and I will ALWAYS discourage others from doing the same. Really, Go-Optics, just oblige the refund in the future, don't you know an unhappy customer is WAY WORSE than 10 happy customers.
