Misrepresentation
Dear Sirs, I am disputing the lack of a full refund from the Go Optic company. I returned the prescription glasses TWICE because I couldn't see out of them. I then took them to my optometrist who said the lenses were incorrect and not the prescription. I called Go Optic who told me to send them back that they warranted they would replace the glasses with correct lenses. They sent me a new pair which were also defective. I called them and they told me to return the glasses, which I did. (mail receipt enclosed.) The second time I returned them I called and they did NOT tell me I should have a second similar merchant review the glasses. I would happily have done that. I did have my prescription confirmed as correct by my optometrist, and I returned the glasses as instructed with a request for a full refund. Go optic charged me $411.95 for a pair of useless glasses, glasses that they warranted would be correct. Customer satisfaction guaranteed. To think that I would be refunded so little for an expense of $411.95 for unusable faulty glasses is ludicrous and I am frankly surprised you cannot see the blatant misrepresentation that Go Optic has made to customers. Go Optic refunded me $89 which is $322.95 short of a full refund and certainly short of “customer satisfaction guaranteed” Postage receipt enclosed Copies of Email enclosed --
