SCAM AND THEFT
This company is a scam with a flashy website. Following my purchase there were significant problems with accounts and service. I attempted to get these issues addressed. I contacted gnbots by website chat only to be directed to their help ticket system. Despite numerous submitted tickets I never received a response. After 6 weeks with no response I gave up all hope of receiving after sales support and took the problem to my credit card provider. Even then this company chose to remain silent and never contacted me to address the issue Three months after delivering promised Gmail accounts they illegally accessed the accounts and changed the passwords, permanently removing access to what was purchased. Promised game accounts were destroyed and deleted by these shady characters when they illegally accessed the linked Gmail accounts. Even after attempting to contact them for months the Gmail and have accounts are inaccessible. Many hundreds of dollars stolen with no way to get the money back since they refuse to respond. If you like having your money stolen and don't mind throwing money and time away then these are your guys. Stay far away from these sleazeballs Even when they were given all their money and swore to USAA that the products were delivered this company continued to lock access to any products. Now, months later they not only continue to lock the accounts but they have the entire purchase price in their pockets. They refuse to respond to messages. They continue to refuse to provide access to the orchard goods and in their response below they admit to keeping the accounts locked. Gnbots is free to contact me using any means and provide access to the purchased items. Given the response it seems they have no intention of ever granting access to the purchased items If that doesn't sound shady It's amazing, they don't reply to any other form of communication but instantly respond when called out. The Gmail accounts are not locked by Google, the passwords were incorrect and Google shows the passwords were changed just three months ago. Strangely, about the same time this company secured all funds by swearing to the bank the items were delivered while simultaneously deleting game accounts and preventing access to the products. Despite attempting to contact by email, help ticket, and discord gnbots chose to remain silent. When asked to simply provide a list of accounts with valid passwords properly linked to game accounts they ignore all requests. But if you want a response you can leave a review and they will continue legendary bad service following the purchase. Perhaps they will reach out via either of the two provided email addresses, discord, or phone. I doubt I will ever hear from gnbots. They seem happy to win fights and all too happy to hold grudges instead of actually ever addressing their problems. Happy to update my review if they would ever follow up but if it's one star then you know they just don't care about fixing things. And a year later they say they have reached out? Yeah, last year to say f*** off in slightly less offensive language.
