After canceling subscription same day as money gone from account they refuse refund me the money even i do not use their crap software, i bought software year ago and use it for couple days and did not cancel subscription, after a year auto renewal took money again ....thieves be catefull rubbish customer service AVOID !!!

Caliman was great at explaining the issues I was experiencing.

Both Caliman and Bonnie handle customer support extremely well they are always quick to address any issues that pop up and very helpful when they do. 9 times out of 10 issues are resolved within 24 hours and they actually care about their users. I've also worked with the developers and they have added at least 3 different functions that I've requested personally.

Just after my bought was set up after hours of patient kindness from Nero in tech-support, I began to run into misunderstanding of how the program actually works, and then stepped in Caliman. I truly think this company has all the best tech-support and customer support personnel. There is out there in the computer gaming world. Both of these men bet you were backwards spending a lot of time helping me to learn. How do use a BOT. They help me through the times when I began to panic thinking I’ve done something wrong, they spent more time, reassuring me, and helping me to see how things actually worked from the inside out. Caliman was there for me when the bot actually started to work because what you see happening is a computer that is working for you even though you’re not giving direct input. This is a very unnerving feeling watching the computer do it zone thing. Caliman help me to understand how the bot was working in the background. And this is after careful analysis of my account using my account address and passwords. I want to thank both of these men for the many hours they spent helping me out today. If you’re going to spend a lot of money on an exceptional program, that works well and has really great features then you need the customer support and text Support that it takes to help those of us who are not familiar with the world of BOTs. Both Nero & Caliman worked very hard, and proved to me that I wasn’t just a paying customer, but I was part of a family and a group that are working together to make gaming and computers even more fun and exciting. I also want to include another individual. Stryker. This company hires people exceptional engineers, and computer coders that will actually set up your program and customize it tailoring it to your needs in gaming. For example, I want to so many features added to my gaming experience, and this computer programmer is the gentleman that spend the hours it takes to build up the infrastructure need it for a BOT in any game. My personal gratitude and thankfulness those out to these three individuals.

i just bought the 99$ package 2 days ago and i cant even use it because the RDP didnt work when i close the remote session connection so i created a ticket saying this "hii i bought the mobile version gnbots which include RDP so i think i should be able to keep the bot running without the need of keeping my PC online, but when the bot running well and i close the RDP page in my PC (disconnect remote session), the bot stop playing and when i access the RDP again, memu emulator says "the core process of emulator has ended click ok to close the window" what should i do now? i want to keep the bot working 24/7 without my PC online the whole time i need your help, thanks" and after 18 hours their support SamSun (GnBots Support) replied that i should have a look "I started the bot after 5 hours disconnect again for a update, please have a look" and i open my RDP and found the same thing, he didnt do anything, i still cant run the bot properly i just want a refund, what is this, it doesnt even function properly

My problem was solved quickly and in a very polite manner @Caliman was very helpful
