GnBotsReviews of gnbots.com

Incredibly difficult to set up and when you do finally get it working it's unreliable. Ask for help and all you get is tech speak. If I was that computer literate I'd write my own program to do the job. Paid for a year subscription, cancelled the renewal as I won't be playing the game much more and the bot stopped working. This thing needs to be a lot more user friendly and a lot less costly

I bought 1 year access around 4-5 months ago, as it seemed functional. But i quickly realized that the functions were basic things only.. And by time, as the game of course progress and adds new things, the bot is quite useless. Contacted support a few months ago, they asked me to send video and pictures of the new updates (Which i did spent time on doing, to help them improve).. Still NO updates, NO communication. - I WILL UPDATE THIS IF THINGS CHANGE. -

its ok i guess if you want to waste money. its expensive especially only being able to install it on one device. It has extremely limited functionality. 1 million users the claim is YET the cost is so high. I have lost £35 on this as it feels like losing money. It is absolutely nothing to do with setting up correctly. I have been an IT Tech since 1997 Sorry to hear you are having problems setting up the software. Please join me in live chat and I will personally show you exactly what you have setup incorrectly. << This is the exact nonsense response I expected.. I know what I am doing and it was nothing to do with not setting up properly. It is expensive rubbish.

so as of now Customer Support is the only reason this company is getting a 2 star review.. since I purchased this program ive had recurring problems with gnbots.. currently I can not even use gnbots because of bugs and its been 2+ weeks. I currently have 17 banned accounts due to this issue alone and apparently the DEV. team is taking there sweet time to address this issue even though there claim is to run bots 24/7 365 day a year without bans. Apparently 2 weeks with out a properly operating bots is acceptable because they already have my money.

I bought a lifetime license, but the bot does not work as it is written on the site.first of all, 2 of my farms were blocked.secondly, it is written on the website that the bot defends itself during an attack by putting up a shield.but in fact, the shield is placed constantly, it needs to be constantly bought in the alliance store or the bot spends gold.and if you do not have time to buy and there is no gold, farms become unprotected.when collecting resources, I constantly attack and all the collected resources go to the treatment of troops.I asked the developers to cancel my license key and return the money to me, but they didn't really answer me and they still aren't trying to solve the problem.in the status of my application on the website, it says that it has been decided, but in fact nothing has been decided.so $299 is wasted.I think for such money it was possible to come up with at least some kind of protection

First instance was not a good experience. But GNBots owner has responded correctly, and fastly refunded me. Communication from the owner was excellent. I went to purchase again, but they have banned me from purchasing :)

Used this bot for years and its slowly been getting worse. Recently they have limited support and introduced even more new and broken features. Cannot update past v4.1 Cannot find support. Bot tries to buy packs now, lol. Went from barely holding now to OMG everything has gone to hell. V5 doesn't work. Its just gives "unhandled exception errors". I have wasted $200 by renewing my subscription 2 months ago.

Customer service used to be top! Now it is non existent. You will wait hours and hours for a reply. Then silence again for many more hours.
