Hey Nathan, Thanks for your feedback my friend. We have 25+ games and while the majority of them don't care about bots, some do crack down from time to time. 99% of our customers never get a ban and the majority of we do get are from other players reporting (not from bot being detected specifically). However it can happen as cheating is against the rules. If you are having an issue with consistent detection, we would recommend moving in game location away from any jealous player that might be reporting you. Out of tens of thousands of War and Order botters, we have very few bans. We average 3-5 software updates per month in which always include some sort of randomization techniques and anti ban methods. That is why we are largely considered the safest bot on the market for most games. We also provide a 50% discount on farm accounts to anyone who receives a ban. Simply email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to guide you through that process. A support response should never take 2 days. It is a constant live chat in which you are able to send as many messages as you need until your question is answered. During busy times and high sales volumes - we do often get flooded with messages. If yours was missed, please ask again or open a support ticket. Hey there. I am sorry you are having difficulty getting the software installed on your computer. No worries though, we have tens of thousands of users running the software successfully at this very moment and I am 100% confident we can get you going as well! The free trial lasts for 3 hours per day, every day. If you are still unable to get it working, we also offer a 12 hour trial to ensure you get a solid test before purchasing a full license key. Of course if you can't get it working, you shouldn't buy a license key yet as that won't solve issue like the one you are describing. You are correct, when reformatting your computer you will need to unbind the license key. We allow this once every 24 hours, however we will be happy to do it for you immediately and as much as needed if you create a ticket. Hey Jamie, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. This is sad to read as we have tens of thousands of users running the LSS bot at this very moment with multiple sessions on our Bot Servers. We haven't had other memory reports to date, so we'd love to continue to diagnose this for you to see exactly whats going on in your case. These high performance servers are more than capable of running 4 (if not more) sessions and is why its our most popular product. As we replied in your ticket, not showing the game buildings is a cache issue within the game itself and easily fixed with the cache clearing solution we gave. If you are still having issues after performing that troubleshooting step, lets just replace that server all together and see if that solves your problem. We can even add any lost time onto your subscription for your troubles. We are always happy to try and solve any problem so long as you are willing.
