so as of now Customer Support is the only reason this company is getting a 2 star review.. since I purchased this program ive had recurring problems with gnbots.. currently I can not even use gnbots because of bugs and its been 2+ weeks. I currently have 17 banned accounts due to this issue alone and apparently the DEV. team is taking there sweet time to address this issue even though there claim is to run bots 24/7 365 day a year without bans. Apparently 2 weeks with out a properly operating bots is acceptable because they already have my money.

Extremely knowledgeable and very nice to interact with.

你们做的很棒很不错的体验

I am really surprised Finally, I found people who answered my strange questions GenBot customer service works at a high level of accuracy, experience and seriousness, and they answer his questions. I did not expect anyone to know the answer to it .. but I had already answered myself in my dreams 😅 And the whole thing is completely serious. It is not just a bot. It is a bot. It has a detailed and professional explanation. It has laws, customer service, and developers This is a great job that I have never seen before, and I did not expect that I would find people like this unless I would find them in the game companies themselves. Really thank you very much I hope that your services will be promoted in detail on the communication sites Much in this world needs you Thank you, GenBot team ♥️
